I came in to get my 12 week Ultra-sound done. Dawn was the receptionist who not only greeted me kindly, but a beautiful person who helped me with my registration and checking in.
I went to ER with high fever, they run all kind of test but couldnt find the reason, they performed a blood culture and sent me home. Next morning they called me to asked me to return to ER they discover a terrible dangerous bacteria in my blood stream that could afect my heart, kidneys, joints, brain, very dangerous. They started me on agresive antibiotics and admit me to the 4th floor , I have no words to thank enough the treatment I received . There was like10 different Drs. Taking care of me, I was like a weird case ( not usual) They test me for all kind of stuff you cant posibly imaging. They treat me like I was a family member . The Drs, my nurses, case worker, the US,Cat scann tecniccians everyone was very nice and pleasant. ER registration, Doctor that took care of me , triage nurse ever one amazing. Now Im on out pt clinic getting Infussions daily till Jan 13 2025, They are very nice too offer me coffee and cookies I cant thank enough. This is my family go to Hospital and it will be mine too for now on since it was my first time and the experience was 1million stars :)

Hi, Adan! Thank you for taking the time to provide your review and feedback. It's appreciated. We will be sure to share this with our team. - Kacey
I want to give this hospital 5 stars but the reason why I gave a 4 is due to the house keeping when admitted to a room. The used towels sat in the bathroom for more than 2 days on the floor, the house keeping that comes in to sweep very lazy and can not speak english!!! As far as Doctors knowledge and nursing staff EXCELLENCE across the board!!! I am a director of operations of a very large corporation, and I know house keeping is a huge impression and acts as a representation of management!!! My roommate in the hospital is elderly the house keeping staff has not cleaned his tooth past from the sink counter in 2 days, the toilet not cleaned in 2 days and what I mentioned at the beginning as well, I blame who ever is in charge of house keeping etc.!!!
