Simply Healthcare began as a minority owned HMO and pioneered Medicaid specialty plans for those living with HIV/AIDS. It is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Anthem that continues to operate in Florida, contracting with the state government to offer Medicare and managed Medicaid plans. In addition to these, there are a few specialty plans you can get from them.
They have a Healthy Kids plan you can use to insure your non-Medicaid eligible children for affordable rates. If you’re eligible for Florida Medicaid and living with HIV, you can get a Simply Healthcare backed specialty plan from Clear Health Alliance.

Oh my goodness, this was the best treatment facility. After they take me to Chattanooga, I feel it will be my last. I'm going to miss the staff; Mrs V has been so awesome, and Ms. Mechell, and Mrs, Tamiyah, and Desmond just a few that have made it a great experience.

absolute best treatment center in the country. the staff from top to bottom are genuine and care for your recovery. most have been through the struggle themselves. the amenities and living is ideal as gets for a recovery facility. these people saved my life, would recommend for anyone.

The only complaint I had was that when my clothes were washed, some items were bleached and turned pink. Other than that, I had a very positive experience.
The staff were kind, accommodating, and made the detox process as comfortable as possible. They offered snacks throughout the day, chef-prepared meals, and even had a food truck available. Smoking and vaping were permitted, and the rooms and beds were clean and comfortable.
Overall, I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking treatment. I would return if I ever needed to, although I’m grateful to have two years clean. I did have to return to treatment once due to insurance coverage and was transferred to Banyan.

Phenomenal place! All of the staff are very helpful and friendly. Anthony, client care coordinator is always checking in to make sure you are ok and if anything is needed, helps with a smile! Jason(therapist) is great, more in tuned than most I have seen. . Karen (EMDR) is gifted and am privileged to have been able to work with her. Magic Mike will blow your mind with his knowledge and things he can do. Food is good. Facility is clean. Beds on residential side are comfy.bon detox they are average. Such an amazing group! The only reason I gave 4 stars is this is not the place for residential treatment ....groups are aa ..lecture type no real interaction

Drivers picked me up, they were very professional. No judging, staff is friendly and all here to help and the kitchen is great ! And they even have ice cream !

Haven NLR Recovery Team PHP is one the most magnificent and effective programs I've been to over all my 30 years of suffering from addiction. Truth be told, this is the very best services for detox and treatment that I've ever had the pleasure of getting myself together. The staff is wonderful, excellent! From the nurses to the tech's to the kitchen. Even very nice ladies come and clean the rooms. Shout out to Tony who is a straight shooter and will hold us accountable for the part we played in our addiction and our recovery. Mental health is also treated, they help dual diagnosis clients with mental health, addiction or both. The other shout outs go to Martha who was my counselor. She helped me so very much and she, like the rest truly care about helping you to be your best version of yourself. I learned a lot. And mS. Masha is also a straight shooter, I enjoyed her groups, Brad's group. Adam couldn't be more compassionate and understanding when I called sobbing and crying for help. They came right away and brought me to treatment. The nurse's there are 5 stars. The good and snacks vlare delicious and like a restaurant! There is movie night l, bingo, basketball, arts and crafts karaoke. We can wear our own clothes and are allowed mp3 players. The rooms are like hotels with your own t.v. I can't leave out the wonderful tech's, simply beautiful people work there. I've been twice and have been clean now since September 2026. Let me also mention and advise the IOP after detox. This is the next step, I've heard nothing but good things about it. I owe Evolutions my life, literally. Thank you Evolutions for all the very best help you provided me!!!!!!! Thank you Dr. Maggie and Nurse David you two are AWESOME!!!

I have been to SSRC twice in 2/25 and 3/26. After my first stay there I put together 10 months before going to the hospital and getting morphine thru the IV. When that happened I went back and graduated 2 days ago. I currently have 57 days and if I ever relapse that's where I would go again. It is solution based. We spend a significant time in the big book of Alcoholics Anonymous. It is on a beautiful piece of land. There are outings to go bowling, put put, AA speaker meetings and the Beach.
The initial phone call is with a gentleman named Ira and he genuinely seems to care. The Recovery Advocates Jeremiah, Mike, Drew and Ryan are incredible gentleman and help guide you thru the steps. The BHTs Thomas and Dakota are great as well. They are always there if your going thru something or just need someone to talk, to they made me feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. The nursing staff lead by Mille with John, Lisa, Carmon, Jennifer and Blaine are always there to m.ake sure your comfortable. And the Director Jason and office staff Michelle and Elena are 5 star A+++++
Overall it'd just an amazing experience. If your struggling with alcohol or drug addiction this is hands down the best treatment center and I have been to around two dozen

Simply Healthcare subcontracts their behavioral health benefits to a company called Carelon Behavioral Health. Through this arrangement, if you or your family have Simply Healthcare insurance, you’ll also have coverage for addiction treatment.

What Type of Plans Does Simply Healthcare Offer?

The Medicaid plans include Managed Medical Assistance and long term care plans if you come from a low income family or are elderly or disabled. The plans provide health coverage for essential services like physician visits and hospital care along with prescription drugs.
Simply Healthcare also offers several Medicare Advantage plans to people who qualify for Medicare. These Medicare Advantage plans combine Medicare Part A and Part B with additional coverage. You also work with one of the case managers to develop a customized plan to meet your health goals.
