Simply Healthcare began as a minority owned HMO and pioneered Medicaid specialty plans for those living with HIV/AIDS. It is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Anthem that continues to operate in Florida, contracting with the state government to offer Medicare and managed Medicaid plans. In addition to these, there are a few specialty plans you can get from them.
They have a Healthy Kids plan you can use to insure your non-Medicaid eligible children for affordable rates. If you’re eligible for Florida Medicaid and living with HIV, you can get a Simply Healthcare backed specialty plan from Clear Health Alliance.

I spent the past 7 years trying, very unsuccessfully to get sober on my own. Finding and choosing The Haven Flagship facility in West Palm Beach (with their help) was the best decision i have made in 7 years.
Do not wait like I did. Your health & happiness are worth fighting for and doing it in this environment makes it so much more comfortable. There is no judgement, no shame and it is not worth risking your life detoxing without this extremely well oiled machine called The Haven.
When i made my first called all they dis was listen and talk to ne and encourage me. Once I opened up they knew exactly where i should be and asked if i minded coming to a facility that was further away because they said West Palm Beach would be the beat fit. They were not wrong. They had never met me but understood what I needed and directed me PERFECTLY.
While here I detoxed safely under excellent supervision. (Please do not do this alone without medical professionals).
I attended 3 of 4 beneficial classes per day. Classes I avoided while alone on the outside of their facility while my health & drinking just got worse by the minute.
To say the staff here is nice & professional doesn’t do them proper justice.
If you need to talk to someone I suggest you just start with a call.
I wish that I had done it sooner.

I was detox and residential, I was welcomed with open arms and caring staff. I was at the end of my rope when I first came in I was seen and heard. I definitely recommend this facility. The staff and nurses was amazing and I felt like they really cared and I loved my experience there. I did the detox and residential program. The food is amazing and I definitely gained some weight. Well cared for place. Came in broken and left with tools that I could continue to make my life every thing I know it will be. Hope and wish everyone that comes the best of luck. Shout out to the staff!!!!!

The Haven Detox has been amazing. They help me through all the stages of my recovery. Everyone working there at every level was very hospitable and understanding. The recovery community was fantastic and they did everything possible to make us all feel safe, accepted, understood and heard. Thanks to everyone and specially Anthony and Michelle who understood me and make feel safe during this process.
I would recommend evolution anytime,To anyone that needs treatment..They have a supportive staff..give clients there time love and support . This is my second time in treatment. I would recommend Tony as a therapist he helped me with a lot of past trauma and how to cope in residential. The staff is amazing and the facility is well kept.

The Recovery Team New Jersey has helped me in my recovery in multiple ways. The structure of the program has kept me on point which is extremely important in early recovery. The experience with Never Alone was a breath of fresh air. My 16 year old son completed his journey 11/19 and came home with a whole new perspective on life and his future. His clinical technician Karissa was a wonderful aide in the process dealing with my son. The family sessions were a great opportunity for me, my son and his mom to work on communicating with one another which was hard to accomplish before our sessions but Karissa helped navigate that and allowed us to grow through our sessions. The weekly parent groups were a very helpful resource and tool as well. I appreciate all the support and encouragement the staff at Never Alone gave to my son and salute them for taking their time to guide my son through his journey.

My daughter spent over 2 months at Never Alone on her recovery journey. We can't say enough great things about the staff and the facility. The staff communicated well and provide support for the entire family. They have been the biggest step and help in her recovery, they provided her with tools she can use in her daily life to stay on tack to help cope with hard things that happen in life. She says now that this was the best thing that could have been provided to her while in addiction.

Never Alone brought back the child that was lost in drugs and addiction. We can't say enough about the staff and the facility. They loved and cared for her so well provide her with all the things she needed in her recover and helped her find herself again and provided her with the knowledge she needed to start her recovery. The staff cares about their jobs, care for the kids their wellbeing and their success in recovery and it shows in their dedication and interaction with the kids. Never Alone has provided her a new opportunity at life.

I had an absolute amazing experience at The Recovery Center not only was all staff kind and compassionate about helping the clients but also was a major step in our recovery journeys and development of our new lives we will lead in the world after this . Staff is absolutely tremendous, and was a vital part of my recovery. The executive director Kelly Brown is extremely professional and beyond helpful. The facility is beautiful and kept immaculate. Food is amazing and very nutritional. I absolutely recommend this facility to anyone with addiction problems looking for help.

Great staff, had some issues with the food but they were taken care of quickly. Felt safe and secure here and well taken care of. Definitely deserves the praise it gets, it's one of the best mental health facilities I've been to or even heard about.
Being at the haven was the best decision i had ever made they help me with my addiction the challenges i was going thruebeith having lost family members they made me fill like family helped with all my needs they made me fill safe and welcomed i never felt alone literally helped me with everything Don't even help with housing if needed the best decision I had ever made I recommend this to everybody with addiction even if you have mental issues that will help you with everything it was a wonderful beautiful facility and every staff member made you feel like you were apart of there family never made u fill uncomfortable did everything they could to help i loved being there and was sad to leave but i made it my life is wonderful because of their help

I cannot say enough amazing things about the facility in Green Valley, Arizona. From day one, every single person I encountered was incredibly professional, compassionate, and genuinely invested in my well-being. I never once felt like “just another patient” — I felt supported and truly cared for every step of the way.
