About The Nestled Recovery Center

The Nestled is a drug rehab facility accredited by the Joint Commission. They offer medical detox, residential and outpatient programs in a luxurious mini mansion in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Nestled is a boutique facility with only 10 residents at a time.

I like that they offer an online test to help you gauge if you have a substance use disorder. Your results will let you know if you might have a mild, moderate or severe diagnosis. While this test isn’t conclusive, it can give you a good idea about the level of treatment you might need. They are an in-network provider for TriWest, Mines, and HealthSmart. They also accept out-of-network insurance.

Their Residential treatment offers holistic, you-focused treatment. They offer a large number of experiential therapies. Unlike talk therapy, these hands-on activities help you process your emotions, reactions and thoughts in a different way. Options include yoga, sound baths, meditation, gardening, equine therapy, art therapy, massage, cold plunges and more.

The Nestled treats addiction through the use of medication-assisted treatment, therapy and peer groups. Drugs like naltrexone or buprenorphine help decrease cravings. Therapy and peer support groups help you feel hopeful and not alone as well as get to the root of the addictive behaviors.

Unlike many outpatient programs, at the Nestled, they don’t have a set timeframe for your recovery. Your progress will determine how long you’ll attend. They focus on family integration and host monthly family dynamics groups. In these you’ll understand the science behind addiction, learn how to set healthy boundaries, repair damaged relationships and create new ways for your family to function.

inpatient iconInpatient

Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.

aftercare iconAftercare

Clients receiving services in a rehab aftercare program are typically in the maintenance phase of their recovery, having already completed intensive inpatient treatment. These clients are generally strongly engaged in addiction counseling and recovery-focused life skills training. Case managers and care teams work with clients to identify and access the medical, mental health, and social service programs they need to promote long-term sobriety. Rehab aftercare services often include peer coaching, relapse prevention, and 12 step program induction.

12-step icon12-Step

Participants in 12 step programs receive intensive peer support, including one-on-one mentoring from a self-selected sponsor. They also regularly participate in 12 step meetings, which are free, anonymous, open to the public, and available multiple times a day in most communities. The steps of recovery involve spiritual principles designed to enable participants to address the sources of their addiction, take responsibility for their life choices, and accept the circumstances they cannot change.

medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox

Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal. The length of stay at the detoxification program is determined according to the specific needs of the patient.

Heart icon Treatment

mental-health iconMental Health and Substance Abuse

A combined mental health and substance abuse rehab has the staff and resources available to handle individuals with both mental health and substance abuse issues. It can be challenging to determine where a specific symptom stems from (a mental health issue or an issue related to substance abuse), so mental health and substance abuse professionals are helpful in detangling symptoms and keeping treatment on track.

Hand holding medical sign icon Clinical Services

inpatient-file iconCognitive Behavioral Therapy

Substance abuse counselors may apply cognitive behavioral therapy in Nevada during individual, family, or group sessions. Using a goal oriented approach, the therapist will help participants change negative thinking and behavioral patterns to address substance use and related challenges.

dialectical iconDialectical Behavior Therapy

If you're experiencing substance use disorder, dialectical behavior therapy in Nevada can help you reduce cravings, learn healthier ways to manage stress, and avoid situations that can lead to substance abuse. Treatment includes one on one sessions with your therapist as well as group sessions to practice the skills you're learning.

equine-therapy iconEquine Therapy

intervention iconGroup Therapy

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

mental-health iconIndividual Therapy

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

desert iconMotivational Interviewing

Research shows that motivational interviewing is an effective approach for individuals who are unprepared for change. They may be resistant to change or simply insecure in their abilities to make changes. This therapeutic method allows clients to explore their options, reach their own conclusions, and feel empowered to make changes.

house-medical iconTrauma Therapy

Trauma therapy uses trauma focused care to help you understand and manage your emotional and physical responses. Using therapeutic interventions, you learn to reframe the experience. This helps to reduce your anxiety and build your resilience to face future challenges and gain control over your life.

couples-therapy iconCouples Therapy

Sessions for couples therapy may involve joint meetings with the counselor as well as individual sessions. Between sessions, both partners are asked to do "homework," which involves practicing the insights and behaviors they learned about during therapy.

family iconFamily Therapy

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

art-brush iconCreative Arts Therapy

During rehab treatment in Nevada, it may be difficult to put your emotions and thoughts into words. Creative arts therapy provides an alternative form of expression that allows you to communicate your struggles and process your emotions.

medical-detox iconExperiential Therapy

Experiential therapy is a form of therapy in which clients are encouraged to surface and work through subconscious issues by engaging in real-time experiences. Experiential therapy departs from traditional talk therapy by involving the body, and having clients engage in activities, movements, and physical and emotional expression. This can involve role-play or using props (which can include other people). Experiential therapy can help people process trauma, memories, and emotion quickly, deeply, and in a lasting fashion, leading to substantial and impactful healing.

Nestled is not just a lifesaving recovery center but a beautiful sanctuary with loving and caring people dedicated to helping you. The facility is a large house on landscaped grounds large enough not to feel cramped but small enough to feel at home. Everything is clean, comfortable and well maintained. There is a private chef onsite providing healthy and delicious meals. The days are well structured focused on recovery, health, and wellness. Once your stay is complete there is an excellent alumni program providing caring support long after your stay. I cannot recommend Nestled highly enough.

The Nestled is the best place ever with the best staff ever for substance abuse treatment! I ve been in and out of recovery the past 5 years and have been to multiple different rehabs and the nestled is by far the best! And the alumni program is amazing and we all stay in touch and help each other out through our recovery journey. If you re looking for a place to go for treatment go to nestled! I did their Iop program as well after leaving the house and I ve learned so much about myself and have been able to let go of so many problems I had and learn to cope and live a healthy productive life and I ve never felt better! I completely recommend nestled and I love their staff, especially Lindsey, Destiny, Bonnie, Anna, and Cassidy!

These people are beginning amatuers and horrifically dramatic. They, instead of helping an individual discover the root of what is causing their habitual dependence, shift to ridiculously dangerous and truamatic tactics of removing loved ones from the patient's life, they do not respect any person's input, they enable their patients while in their care to break federal laws. The list goes on and on.Anybody who wants to actually change their life for the better instead of waste a bunch of time, while dealing with family member being treated horrifically and even threatened... my sincere and heart enriched, personal experience is to avoid this center at all costs. Your better off go to a local or county funded free treament facility. They at least will respect the law, the patients rights, the family's rights, and themselves. They probably will also have an actual education instead of just being in recovery which does help with relating and understanding but gives no psychological education or insight on how to properly treat someone in need.I personally have struggled with unhealthy habits for many years and have experienced nearly every type of treatment (spirirual, holistic, behavoural modification, dual diagnosis, 12-step, etc) and have completed 7 in-patient long term programs and several incomplete programs and this facility has no clue what the hell they are doing. They gave a barbituate to a patient who's checking in and having an anxiety attack instead of talking to them and difusing the anxiety through various communication and verbal techniques.. that work with most people... that is perhaps not common knowledge but it is definatley knowledge of any person who excersizes compassion.Stay away from this facility.Nevada needs to revoke their license. They should be prosecuted for the crimes they commit and the evil that they do.. and they just may. This is the most horrible review out of any and all establishment i have ever had the respobsibility to share about. My friends, be wise with your endeavors and choose any place but this as your experience. If you decide to try these under-qualified, ego enriched fakes your journey of habits will only grow and be devoured with trauma. There is not a low enough rating for these manipulators of truth and peace denying people.

This is more of a thank you than a review. Or maybe both, I guess. Any ways, I just want to say thank you to Lindsey for the help she gave to my son and the guidance and kind words she had for my wife and I. There were others who helped at nestled, and thanks to you all. But Lindsey was really there for us.

Response from the owner5 months ago
Thank you so much, Andrew, for your kind words and for taking the time to express your gratitude. It's heartwarming to hear how impactful Lindsey's support has been for your son and your entire family. At The Nestled Recovery Center, we believe in providing not just treatment but also guidance and support to the families of our clients, as everyone embarks on the healing journey together. We will certainly pass along your thanks to Lindsey and the rest of our team who played a role in your son's recovery process. Your acknowledgment means a lot to us, and we're grateful for the opportunity to be a part of your family's path to wellness.

The Nestled is a very special place to me. I had a life changing experience while at the Nestled. They gave me a soft place to land and were very supportive through some very difficult moments that I encountered in my personal life while under their care. The treatment program is top notch, but for myself, the personal interactions with the staff there was just as impactful. They showed me the potential we all have if we are truly willing to do whatever it takes to live a life of sobriety. As they say. It takes a village. And this village saved me. Thank you Nestled. I am forever In a debt of gratitude.

I recently did 30 days at The Nestled and I can honestly say they changed my life. The compassion and care I experienced made the work of recovery much easier. The staff here are very patient and knowledgeable and for the first time in my life I felt safe enough to share my deepest fears and feelings. This place is highly recommended if you are looking for quality care.

Thier ad was misleading and they don't have option(S), but they are an option, which only takes private insurance but doesn't bother to tell you that until after you have begin talking to them for a couple minutes. Then they hang up on you like the rude little twerps they are.

My review is for the outpatient treatment center which doesn t seem to have its own individual Google review but is operated by Nestled. If I could give 0 stars I would. The process of getting in was quick and easy - however it s a complete scam. I had to trust my gut and withdraw. The main therapist, Ania, lacks professionalism. I believe they use tactics to learn your triggers with hopes of causing a relapse in order to get you into their inpatient facility. As apart of your individual therapy and group therapy they have you discuss your stressors- after I completing my 3 days of outpatient, I came home and took a nap but woke up to police at my door because Ania called the police and tried to 5150 me, despite me never making a threat against myself or another person. She did so because my phone was turned off on a Saturday afternoon.. something she herself said we should practice doing to disconnect and focus on ourselves and well being. When I called her back she encouraged me to just be honest with police and to allow them to take me into custody and someone from nestled would pick me up the following day and take me to inpatient I had not relapsed, I had zero cravings or thoughts to and I didn t try nor plan to hurt myself. The police properly cleared me and instead of a normal reaction of being relieved that I was in a good head space.. she repeatedly tried convincing me I was unwell and would soon relapse and was a threat to myself. She also called my emergency contact numerous times and they also told her I was doing well. She continued to spend two days reinforcing the idea that I was not well and desperately needed to check into inpatient. My theory is she gets a referral fee which is a common, unfortunate practice. I cannot think of any other reason a therapist would lack so many professional boundaries. I am so fortunate I was able to remain sober and in a positive head space regardless of her attempts to ambush me but the next patient she does this to may not be so lucky. Please consider staying far away from their outpatient program. They do not want to help you. They want to learn your triggers so they can intentionally cause stress with hopes of you relapsing so they can convince you to do inpatient. Everyone deserves a therapist they can trust and feel comfortable with. Everyone deserves to join an outpatient program and have a relaxing day without being ambushed by police and have their therapist continuously ignore their wishes of being treated fairly. We already working so hard to remain sober, we don t need the people we are seeking help from to attempt to make us worse.

I recently had the pleasure of working with The Nestled to host a wellness retreat for their team. After the retreat was over, I left feeling valued and appreciated by every member of the team. If I was treated with such care and kindness, I can only imagine the elevated level of service they provide to those they serve. I am truly impressed by the level of professionalism exhibited by The Nestled, and can't wait to work with them again!
