Inpatient

Some PHPs are residential (patients sleep on site) and some are not, so patients sleep at home. PHPs can last from 1-6 months, and some offer transportation and meals.

24-Hour Clinical Care

During initial recovery, withdrawal from alcohol, opiates, and benzodiazepines can involve high health risk. Attempting detox outside of 24-hour clinical care in Ohio is not recommended. This can be life-threatening because medical staff are not available to treat severe symptoms of withdrawal that often occur. Such symptoms can include seizures, delirium tremens, and extreme dehydration. In a clinical setting, staff are on-site to immediately care for your physical, emotional, and mental health needs.

Medically Assisted Detox

Medical detox involves clearing your body of drugs and/or alcohol under the 24/7 care of licensed medical professionals. If you've become dependent on alcohol or drugs (like benzodiazepines or opioids), quitting abruptly can have uncomfortable and even dangerous side effects. The purpose of medically assisted detox is to keep you as safe and comfortable as possible during this process. Medications like Suboxone or Vivitrol may be provided if necessary to mitigate any withdrawal symptoms.

I work at a facility owned by the same company that PH is owned by and had the pleasure of stopping in for a few days to be observe/learn from the staff at PH. From the moment I walked in, I felt a warm welcome and sense of comfort - indescribable unless ya feel it yourself. From the aesthetic of the beautiful house tucked away in a serene location - to the AMAZING staff who radiate compassion and genuine care to the residents themselves who are all working hard on their early journey in recovery .the best way I can describe this place is a place of healing. If you re sick and tired of being sick and tired from that vicious cycle of addiction, PH is the place to kick start your journey of transformation in becoming the best - new and improved version of yourself!They have an awesome alumni program that keeps the guys super connected when ya leave the residential program. I had the pleasure of attending an alumni event while in Ohio! I m not a numbers chic but I d say there was 50+ people there! Engaging with many of these alumni and res clients - it s so awesome to see so many people having a good time sober. It s also abundantly clear when talking with them just how imperative their time at PH was and how grateful they all are to be a part of the PH family. Prosperity Haven is not just another rehab. The staff are all wonderful and they genuinely care about their clients. It s at a house so it doesn t feel like an institution. The groups are diverse and educational and very hands on. I went there not knowing what to expect and not wanting to be there and by the time I was ready to move on I didn t want to leave. There s meetings there twice a week and I still go back there as often as I can because it s like a second home to me. Everyone there is like family and I stay in touch with the guys I was in there with. If you re struggling with addiction I can not recommend this place enough!

Prosperity Haven was my first experience in rehab and with the care I received there and what I was taught I am very confident that it will be my last. As soon as I showed up there I was welcomed and embraced with nothing but love and support. It really feels like since the house only has 10 people at a time they can really tailor a customized recovery that works for you. The instructors and staff were incredible helping through undoubtedly the hardest part of my life and helping me discover myself once again. If you are struggling with an addiction and need a place to go to get help Prosperity Haven is that place .

I struggle with the right way to describe Prosperity Haven. First is the facility which you will not find a greater environment to work on yourself. I have been to multiple places in multiple states one of which contracts with the NFL and I will say that no facility measures up to Prosperity Haven. This is important as I needed a place where I could solely focus on myself without distraction and feeling like the only thing I needed to focus on was me. Prosperity Haven s facility is this safe place!The real magic at Prosperity Haven though is the people and the program. Every single person there has the singular goal to help each person in the program in every way.I have referred to the program at Prosperity Haven as a symphony of learning and growth. While each Counselor/Therapist approaches it in a different way the recovery methods taught here all lead you deeper inside yourself where the real healing must occur. You will not find a path to recovery like the one here.It is a wonderfully loving and comfortable facility with a fantastic staff, each and every one of them, that will guide you to a better way of living physically, mentally and spiritually. You will see the evidence for yourself in your own personal growth but from day one you will see it in the alumni that are always present in some way around the facility.
