Frankly, I didn't expect so much kindness. I thought it was just another clinic, but from the moment I was received until my departure, I felt like a true human being. The entire staff was magnificent! I felt very comfortable; the staff was very professional. I sincerely appreciate the work of each of them, which is very valuable. Their immensely beneficial contribution to the community is undoubtedly, I believe, the most important, especially in an environment that can sometimes be chaotic. For the first time in my life, I was able to speak with an extremely understanding psychiatrist. Dr. Robert Brauer was able to listen to me patiently and ask me the right questions for my diagnosis. His long career as a psychiatrist undoubtedly made it possible for me to clearly understand my mental situation. I also want to mention the staff who made my unique experience possible: Kesha-Lab, Becca-Nurse, Melissa-STNA, and Nicole-Office Manager. Thank you all for making my day wonderful.

We love to hear about experiences like this! Thank you for your glowing review!
Just go. Takes time to get use to. Never had a problem going there and there is health care twice a week, at least when I went. A+. From me. Free transportation. Sliding scale payments until you have Medicaid or other insurance. Doesn t deserve a 2.7 review. You can also get job assistance. Lake county has a great program.
I love musicians. I tried to get the other clinics and they never called me back. When I reached out to new season, they called me immediately and I was a patient with an a week. And now I am clean after fifteen years of use. I would highly recommend that to anyone Who is seeking recovery.Thank you to all the nurses. And they have been so helpful, and kind.
The Crossroad Crisis Hotline has helped immensely over the years. The group of people who are in the crisis hotline group are so supportive, patient & caring. They listen to you & help in anyway they can. They have helped my family & I even on weekends! I don t know what I would have done over the last couple years without their support & guidance. I would refer anyone who is experiencing a mental health crisis or if you have a family member experiencing one to utilize that support option. I could never thank this team enough!
