About Recovery Solutions of Santa Ana

Santa Ana Comprehensive Treatment Center, in Santa Ana, California, used to be called Recovery Solutions. They provide co-occuring mental health and substance abuse treatment with a comprehensive approach that addresses the emotional and physical relationships to recovery. The program is open to the LGBTQ community, veterans, military families, young adults, and adults.

Their outpatient detox and addiction treatment services allow patients to receive care and return home or attend school. In the program, you’ll receive regular therapy sessions from counselors and therapists during the day. Their detox program is supervised by medical professionals to allow for an easier withdrawal process without needing to stay at the facility overnight.

Individual counseling is customized according to the needs of each person. It could include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and other methods to help address the root causes of addiction. An interesting aspect of Comprehensive Treatment Center is the special addiction treatment programs that cater to various populations. This approach helps each person receive care unique to their needs and situation. For example, pregnant women may have different needs from a veteran and someone from the LGBTQ community. It is a SAMHSA-certified program and accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.

After a decade-long battle with severe opioid addiction, where even Suboxone treatments failed, I found solace and genuine support at Recovery Solutions Methadone Clinic in Santa Ana. Unlike previous experiences that left me feeling traumatized, the compassionate staff, many of whom have personal journeys with addiction, welcomed me without judgment. The moment I walked in and saw their sign advocating against the War on Drugs, I knew I was in good hands. Swiftly, they adjusted my methadone dosage to tackle fentanyl withdrawal, and within just over a week, I'm already experiencing stability and reconnecting with my family. A heartfelt thank you to the doctors, nurses, and the wonderful front desk team. I'm committed to this journey of recovery with them by my side.

half the staff are nice, the other half are super grumpy and judgmental. The doctor is cool and knowledgeable although I do think it s a little bit messed up that he told me if I get off methadone, he guarantees all relapse which I think it s something you shouldn t say to someone in recovery anyways, the actual building is rather dirty and there s a lot of homeless people that hang around outside there s always people asking if they can buy my Methadone from me and people smoking off oils in the parking lot and all that the police are constantly in and out of there in the hotel that s right next-door. as long as you re sick yourself and go in and go out and don t hang around you ll do just fine. The actual methadone program has saved my life though.

Accepted Insurance

Recovery Solutions of Santa Ana works with several private insurance providers and also accepts private payments when possible, please contact to verify your specific insurance provider.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Financial aid can take many forms. Centers may have grants or scholarships available to clients who meet eligibility requirements. Programs that receive SAMHSA grants may have financial aid available for those who need treatment as well. Grants and scholarships can help you pai for treatment without having to repay.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Sliding scale payments are based on a client's income and family size. The goal is to make treatment affordable to everyone. By taking these factors into account, addiction recovery care providers help ensure that your treatment does not become a financial burden to you or your family, eliminating one barrier to care.

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox
Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.
12-step icon12-Step
Participants engaged in 12 step programs receive intensive peer coaching (sponsorship) and community support. Spiritual development as a means of achieving psychological and emotional healing and growth is the cornerstone of 12 step recovery, but religious affiliations are not required. Meetings are free, anonymous, and open to the public, though specialized formats are available, including groups for seniors, teens, and family members. Evening, night, and day meetings are conducted year-round in most communities.

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Drug rehab in California teaches participants constructive ways to stay clean and sober. Treatment revolves around helping individuals stop using the substance they are addicted to and learn healthy habits to avoid relapse.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

For clients who are struggling with ambivalence toward change, motivational interviewing in California can help strengthen their commitment to change. Using a conversational method, the therapist helps you explore your motivations and empowers you to make the changes you desire.

Cognitive behavioral therapy in California is a method that therapists often use for the effective treatment of substance use disorders. It is based on the principle that substance abuse stems from unhelpful ways of thinking and patterns of behavior, which can be changed by helping the individual learn better ways of coping.

Trauma therapy is a structured approach used by therapists to help you heal from a past traumatic event. Your therapist works with you to identify the traumatic memory and process the information so you experience emotional healing and a sense of safety and stability.

Accreditations

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is a branch of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Established in 1992 by congress, SAMHSA's mission is to reduce the impact of substance abuse and mental illness on American's communities.

Good spot that seems to care about you and your treatment. As long as your respectful I can't see anybody having a bad experience here. Only downside is the wait at times.. I'll have to come by during a break and waiting 15min in line to dose will make me late but other than that no complaints

I am guest dosing here and it s been so easy. I have had anxiety of guest dosing really anywhere I go. My clinic is in Boston so I had to get here at 6am my first day in case there was an issue and they had to call back east and with the time difference I wanted to give ample time to sort anything out if need be. It was flawless. The clinic was great, very friendly. I couldn t have asked for anything more. I come to California a lot because my girl is here at the moment with work so I will be using this clinic every time I come to this area.
