About Preferred Family Healthcare Bridgeway Behavioral Health St Charles

Preferred Family Healthcare’s Behavioral Health Unit used to be known as Bridgeway Behavioral Health. They provide outpatient counseling services at locations across Missouri, including an office in Saint Charles. They treat adults moving toward addiction recovery, giving them the tools they need to embrace a sober lifestyle. They’re in network with most private insurance plans.

Something I like about this facility is that they’re flexible and accommodating. You can attend your counseling sessions in person or hop online if that’s better for your schedule. You may also be able to participate in a group of your peers if that makes you feel more comfortable.

During your conversations, you’ll have the opportunity to talk with a certified counselor about your addiction and how it’s affected your life. You can also discuss any issues that you’re experiencing on top of it, such as depression. They’ll help you understand your condition, identify your triggers, and develop healthy skills for recovery.

Another neat aspect of this program is that the providers are willing to come to you, making it easier to find the care you need. They’ll visit you at school or another location around the community, removing any barriers that might have existed before.

Preferred Family Healthcare is the worst choice you can make in order to be able to recover, a lot of patience is needed from the therapists and staff members to really help the patients but that is clearly what they don't have.

My husband and I have been patients here for the last 3 years. The staff truly does care and makes an effort to help you and support you. Miss Timmi, Morgan, and Sydney especially go the extra mile to help clients. The classes, couseling, an other resources are available to everyone and are what you choose to make out of them and use to your benefit. Dr. Pearson is a doctor we have been seeing the past 2 years there, and we like and respect hum very much. This clinic is very helpful in recovery. Its also very helpful in your physical and mental help as well. They offer a lot of support.

The staff does truly care about you. They try to make it as much like a home to u as they can. Brian (aka superman) and Lorie are the hardest working people there and deserve a big fat $$ raise. Caitlin walked us to the Qt knowing it could still rain and it did on our way home. But she knew we needed smokes and she was amazing for taking us anyways she was happy to do it even dancing in the rain. Thank you for that. Sara and Jessy made group fun and I learned Alot. The best part is noone judges you. Everyone there is loving and careing

If I could give them a negative I certainly would. Staff has yet to follow up with me about their supervisor Margaret blowing her nose and trying to do my medication with those same gloves. And then she was upset I made a fuss about that's nasty. She changed the gloves and sneezed in the new pair. All this was done in front of a peer in training. And then Lore comes in after I'm highly upset and wants only address about voice respect. I'm not letting this go because that was so trifling and the situation was not addressed. I have reported to my insurance company and told them that all this happened on camera so just request this date and time. I will not let this go and will be using all my resources to make this incident aware.
