The service they gave me was good in the dental area, everyone was very friendly from the moment I arrived until the Dr. saw me. I don't remember her name but she treated me very well. Yes I was waiting but like every place you have to wait and I see that if I am waiting it is because the person who is being served before me is being given excellent service, and that's how it was when it was my turn they treated me very well . Yes, I will go to the dental area again. Thank you

Spoke with a pleasant woman named Ms. Christian or Chrissa. I usually can t get through to speak with anyone & forced to leave a voicemail. But not this time, she took her time answering my questions and walked me through every step she took in order to get me the help I needed. We need more people like you with great customer service and a calming reassuring voice answering the phone and helping patients.

The absolute WORSTTTTT clinic I have ever been to in my LIFE!! I usually go to PCC South and have never had issues for the 7 years I ve been going there. I left PCC Austin with a blood pressure of 160/81, and not even having a check up because of how much they stressed me out.I went in on 12/6/23 for a scheduled annual check up. I was told by security and the front desk to wear a mask. I asked them to show me where it says it s a requirement. They couldn t provide me with that and left the conversation at that. When I was called for my turn, the nurse who was going to be taking care of me told me Do you know Covid is still around? You need to mask. I told her I did know that, and that I m not sick or else I would ve mentioned that in the Check-In questionnaire regarding Covid symptoms. That I wouldn t be masking, and she can show me the legal requirement for me to do so. She walked me to the room and told me she refuses to take my vitals because I wouldn t wear a face mask!!! I was appalled but said that s fine, I ll wait for the doctor to see me. The same doctor I saw a week ago without a mask just different location, fyi.I waited for the doctor but by that time I was so upset, that I just wanted to leave. The doctor came in and told me it s probably best to reschedule at another location because their lab may also give me a hard time regarding masking. I left.If the nurses were that concerned, they can wear a N95 and protect themselves. I just spent 2 weeks at Edward-Elmhurst NICU; not once did they ask my family and I to mask. IT IS NO LONGER REQUIRED. Pritzker removed face mask mandates. The clinic is only allowed to recommend, not require them. Both the clinic manager and doctor did apologize to me for the nurses actions, but that s not enough. The staff here need a serious refresher on how to treat patients. 6 hours later and I still have a headache from high blood pressure due to stress. They could ve caused me to have a heart attack for something that isn t even legal for them to do.**Pic below of how red my face and chest got after the nurse staff decided to gang up on me for standing up for myself.
