I see Dr. U and he is awesome, so nice, patient, and understanding. He really listens and always offers advice. He has helped me a ton with medication and diagnosis. If I have questions afterward I call and someone gets back to me quickly.Great experience each time. Whats up with the bad reviews? Wait time is never more than 5 minutes. Parking is ample. Staff is polite. It took a few months to get in for my new patient exam but now that I'm in the scheduling is super flexible and convenient. I have only great things to say.

the staff constantly mock the residents and their restraint methods are extremely painful. i was placed there for a year and a half and i cant count the number of times i was knocked unconscious from the force of hitting the floor during a restraint. their go to 9/10 times in a restraint is to give you and unethical amount of sedative drugs on top of all the other drugs your all ready taking 3 times a day. my mother had drove over 600 miles to visit me when she got there i was drugged to the point i could not make complete sentences and had a wet spot on my shirt from the drool i could hardly keep in my mouth. she lost it when she saw me and the police were called as she was trying to waddle me out of the building. if your child goes here they will leave worse then when they come in i constantly have panic attacks at night waking to the sensation of being choked.

From the RNs Katie, Ashleigh and Periann to Nurse Practioners Dr Stacey and Shannon we seen nothing but compassion, hand holding and comforting words along with let us know what we can do for you. The RN staff are fantastic team players! If main nurse was busy another one would step in without hesitation. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for anything from anyone on the entire team. No matter what hallway we walked down there was not one employee of Cass Health that didn t say Hi or can I help you and always had smiles on their faces. Of all my hospital stays which have been plenty but never had we been to Cass Health; have we never received this type of service or empathy. This hospital is all about the patient and their family.
