About Brockton Comprehensive Treatment Center

Brockton Comprehensive Treatment Center is an outpatient clinic in Brockton, Massachusetts that offers medication assisted treatment (MAT) for adults who are 18 years of age and older. Patients struggling with opioid use disorder can find recovery with the support of their multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and counselors. Accepted forms of payment include self-pay, commercial insurance, and Medicaid and Medicare.

Their MAT program improves recovery outcomes and lowers the likelihood of relapse in individuals. Your care team will assess your needs and provide FDA approved addiction medications that can help reduce cravings, alleviate pain and lower your risk of relapse.

Suboxone is provided in addition to methadone at this clinic. This is a benefit because many rehab centers only offer one type of medication to alleviate the uncomfortable symptoms associated with opioid withdrawal. Their staff is well informed and aware that each patient may react differently to medications such as methadone. They work closely with each person to develop a plan of care that outlines the kind of medication dosage and therapeutic interventions that will produce the best outcomes.

Here, individual and group therapy are used to address the psychological, behavioral, and social aspects of opioid addiction. Becoming involved in counseling can help patients identify the underlying reasons behind their opioid abuse and make lifestyle changes that will promote long-term recovery.

Other adults undergoing MAT participate in all group therapy sessions led by qualified counselors at this clinic. Speaking one-on-one with a trained professional is a part of their individual counseling. The skills patients learn in therapy sessions enable them to stay opioid-free for years to come.

Different life events have impacted how opioid addiction has affected each individual who abuses opioids. Their compassionate and thoughtful team creates personalized care plans for each patient based on their unique needs, strengths, and challenges to provide the best possible support throughout their treatment.

They understand how difficult it can be to decide when to ask for help and value that. By offering you individualized care in a supportive and upbeat environment they will empower you to take control of your recovery process.

Accepted Insurance

Brockton Comprehensive Treatment Center works with several private insurance providers and also accepts private payments when possible, please contact to verify your specific insurance provider.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox
Medically supervised detox is the process of removing addictive substances from your body and managing the withdrawal symptoms in a medically supervised environment. Typically, this is the first step in the recovery process and lasts an average of 5-7 days, though the length can vary depending on your individual needs. Once your system is cleared of alcohol and drugs, you'll likely transition to an inpatient treatment program for the next phase of your recovery.

Programs

Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Program For Men
Men face specific challenges and concerns when seeking addiction treatment. Gender-specific recovery programs help them tackle these issues head-on in an environment that's focused, targeted, and distraction-free. It also gives them the opportunity to connect with and learn from other men who have been through a similar journey and can offer support for the next step.
program-for-women thumbnail image
Program For Women
Rehabs for women provide a safe, nurturing space for female clients to heal. These treatment programs consider the specific obstacles that women can face during recovery and place a special emphasis on mental, social, physical, and reproductive health. They explore how each woman's experience has shaped the trajectory of their substance use, addressing issues such as sexual abuse and past trauma.
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Group therapy is a safe space for participants to share their stories and experiences within a confidential and judgment free environment. You have the opportunity to openly discuss your difficulties and create a network of community support that can extend long after group therapy sessions end.

Therapists in Massachusetts offer individual therapy in a confidential setting to help you explore the complex factors that have contributed to your drug addiction. Using a tailored approach, your therapist supports you and utilizes evidence based treatment modalities to help you develop healthier thought patterns and behaviors. This builds a foundation for enduring sobriety.

There are many people that are alive because of places like this....If addiction has got u or sum 1 u know....look into this program ,...if u keep digging yourself in a hole ..eventually you'll bury yourself....Use the shovel to dig your way out..Not deeper in the hole....It is much harder. To put yourself together compared to how easy it is to fall apart...No program is perfect ...but its 100 times worse without a treatment plan....How long are u gonna destroy yourself ,how long are u gonna live when you are already half alive....tommorrow is promised to no one as it is....it doesn't matter wat u have been through...it starts wen u admit that you are worth something despite what anybody says.....stop putting it off....you are probably using now to not be dopesick...is that fun. You burned your bridges and are now dancing in the ashes....Once u get working on yourself.people will see the effort and you'll be so much happier, healthier and able to handle whateva comes your way......good luck

I was a very destructive addict. It took me a long time to get to the point of being sick and tired of being sick and tired. Many small jail bids, that gradually grew into longer sentencte as my addiction progressed. Through detoxes, programs, halfway houses and a T.C. at the original "Project Turnabout," nothing ever clicked. I could talk the talk and walk the walk but my emotions always got the better of me. So many years living a life of insanity that started when I was in Highschool! Nothing was working. That is until my last stay at a detox (Andrew House on the Island) where I saw and read a pamphlet about methadone treatment. I asked my case worker if I could try getting on and she got me a "direct admit!" So I went straight to the clinic right from detox. They started me on a certain dose and my life has not been the same since I picked up that pamphlet. Methadone saved my life and made it possible for me to become a productive citizen and obtain an excellent job doing what I love. The staff, Nurses and Councilors are All there to Help You, not to hurt you. I'm 38 years old now and I have more than 10 years living abstinent from my drug of choice, which was opiates. Being on the clinic DOES NOT MEAN YOU'RE SUBSTITUTING! That mindset will only jeopardize your recovery. It allowed me to FINALLY get to be MYSELF! Someone I was vaguely familiar with. I now get 13 take homes twice a month and have been doing excellent. I am SO VERY GREATFUL for programs such as these. I am a peer leader in my group and my desire to give back what was so freely given to me has grown. Time to take the next step and give back and help those who are where I was. It's possible! Work the program the way it's meant to be worked and YOU will achieve happiness in your new found life in sobriety.God Bless Everyone.
