outpatient iconOutpatient

Clients in outpatient rehab receive a variety of services based on their unique and evolving needs. Typical outpatient treatment modalities include individual, group, and family counseling, recovery-focused life skills training, and community reintegration support. Many programs also provide medication assisted treatment (MAT) for clients recovering from alcohol and/or opioid dependency. Clients exiting inpatient treatment or those who are at an elevated risk of relapse may engage in more robust treatment, such as intensive outpatient (IOP) programming.

inpatient iconInpatient

Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.

intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient

Intensive outpatient programs (IOP) enable clients to receive high-level care while living at home. Clients may choose to enter IOP instead of enrolling in inpatient care post-detox or they may transition from an inpatient rehab into IOP. Intensive outpatient treatment involves multiple therapeutic sessions per week and includes a combination of psychotherapy and addiction and recovery education. Many programs also offer medication assisted treatment (MAT) and/or holistic therapies, such as acupuncture and massage.

24-hour icon24-Hour Clinical Care

Addiction treatment often begins with 24-hour clinical care in Illinois. This supervised setting is the best environment for detox.where medical staff can provide 24/7 supervision and responsive care as your body is cleansed of addictive substances. Doctors may prescribe antagonist and partial agonist drugs to counteract the effects of drugs or alcohol, or they may slowly taper down dosages of substances to end physical dependence on the drug.

medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox

During the medically supervised detox process, licensed medical professionals monitor your vitals and administer medications meant to help alleviate the physical symptoms of withdrawal. The process can take between five and seven days, although the actual length depends on your individual needs. In most cases, medically assisted detox is partially, if not fully, covered by insurance.

Had to get my 6 month old baby s blood drawn for an allergy test. The incompetent nurses at this hospital basically tortured my son. They inserted the needle into his arm and kept moving it around INSIDE OF HIS ARM to find a vein. Then they ended up having to try his other arm because they couldn t figure it out. It took about 10 full minutes of them inserting needles over and over into his arms for them to finally hit a vein. My infant now has a large bruise on the inside of his left arm and needle marks all over the inside of both elbows. The level of incompetence displayed by these nurses was disgusting. My baby was screaming and crying so hard that he turned purple. If I wasn t so traumatized by the experience, I would have said something in the moment.

I have literally sat in this waiting room for 5 hours waiting for results from an X-ray of my ankle. Sitting here in pain and no answers. Not even something for the pain.Keep hearing they re waiting for a room to open up so the Dr can give you results. They re going to charge my insurance for me sitting in this damn waiting room and to see a Dr for all of two seconds when he/she gives me my results and then I ll have to wait another hour for discharge papers.Yea I'm completing this review while still sitting in the waiting room.

Okay, gotta be 100% honest. I have heard this hospital sucks. If you've seen my reviews some are harsh but the visit I had today was pretty great. The nurses, doctors, transport, people who did my tests were all so kind. I left a bad review on the website link that was provide via text after my visit a few weeks ago. That's only because one of the nurses was very rude in triage and my husband wheeled me out to a better hospital. Today I went again because it's the closest one to my home and the urgent care send me there via ambulance. I had to go alone but everything went well. I am safe, calm, and at home medicated with prescriptions to pick up after my nap. I feel much better than this morning. Thank y'all. I saw so many ppl there I don't know who to thank in particular but all is well.

My brother who is a VA came for debilitating pain. We waited for 5 hours to be seen and over another 5 hours for med, results and discharge. When he was attended he had very good service providers. The issue is that there was 1 nurse, 1 PA and 1 Tech for the triage (the suits) area. Why is it that the hospital is not providing the best care for their patients by having more support for there staff. This is unexceptable. Do better directors and administrators.

If this makes you mad, flood Jenny in the ER with phone calls. My daughter was brought in having seizures, pooping and peeing on herself, she's 40 and she was left in the room for 2 hours before she was even assessed. No brain MRI or CT was done for possible stroke, not even blood work for her potassium and electrolyte level, and she was sent home. If something happens tonight I will be getting an attorney. I work in the medical field in Arizona and I would be embarrassed to be affiliated with such an uncaring staff.

Came at e.r., 6 hours waiting and doctors still not showing up. My dad was in critical condition and nurses were keep saying, "Wait for the doctor to figure it out."I mean they are saying he's in critical condition but no updates and no explanation for 6 hours.I do not wish to wait another couple more hours.

The conditions in this establishment are absolutely unacceptable! It has reached a point where the entire facility should be closed down immediately. Every aspect of my experience from the moment I arrived to when I left has been nothing short of a nightmare. The complete absence of empathy, concern, and proper care is deeply unsettling. Once again, I was given a misdiagnosis and the requested test results were not provided, leaving me feeling neglected and frustrated. To make matters worse, the environment in the triage area is a breeding ground for germs. Instead of proper doors, they use curtains, which is not only unhygienic but also concerning for patient privacy. I find this setup extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary. In light of my experience, I highly recommend seeking medical care at Silver Cross for a better and more reliable level of service. It's crucial to prioritize your health and well-being by choosing a healthcare provider that values professionalism, cleanliness, and patient satisfaction.

My wife went to emergency room for an infection. She was put on opiates after she was hit by a car and broke her leg, jaw, ribs. All they were concerned about is the fact that she is addicted to opiates then she was made to sit in the hall for 6 hours the doctors were condescending and even insulting. These doctors seem to forget about the fact that they're the ones who started the opiate Epidemic and are still prescribing over 100 million prescriptions last year alone. She went there for help not to be criticized. The staff took her belongings and basically treated her like a prisoner not someone needing help. She gave birth to both our children there and we thought they would be helpful but they were more interested in her addiction and made comment " how could you do this to yourself " "she's a n addict don't give her any pain medication " she was there for a severe uti infection and she was treated like a piece of trash and not a sick person who was there for help. I called manager and I was just told that they will look into it. I am going to file complaint with the AMA or whoever is responsible for this. These doctors should get off their high horses and help people this Epidemic is just getting started. They passed vicodin out like candy in the 1990s early 2000s and now they treat the victims of this crime like criminals not human beings who deserve compassion at the least. If you have any addiction don't go to this place you will not be treated like a sick person only a useless junkie. The doctors got kick backs from the pharmaceutical companies and prescribed end of life drugs to people that had as little as a pulled muscle. It makes me feel livid that they started this and have the audacity to be judgemental. You took an oath to help people keep it in mind. The staff should be ashamed of themselves and I hope that no one in their families get prescribed opiates but if it does happen you can call it karma. Then maybe they will help people not make them feel worse than they already do. There's no opiate addict who is happy to be in this predicament
