I have found the doctor and staff to be knowledgeable, efficient and supportive. I have been fit in for a walk in appointment, and not had to wait excessively for regular appointments. Many doctors and clinics do not want to serve Medicare patients or make appointments months out. I am impressed that there is this level and quality of care available for patients who may be unable to afford to pay out of pocket. My only complaint is that they do collect an excessive amount of personal information at intake and ask repetitive questions each appointment.

***5 yrs ago.*****If you dont mind dealing with a provider on a computer screen, then it's not an issue. However, 85% of the time, you will not be seeing someone in person. You will be brought into a room and sit in front of a monitor and speak with whoever wherever. There is not a lot of consistency with who you speak with also. That being said, the staff is friendly, and they do have a genuine feel about them when speaking with a live person that is. The process is fairly quick and simple enough that it makes it a little easier for those who are in dire need of gaining stability in order to begin getting better.***************************************************************************((Update 5 years later.)I'm just getting an email stating 2 weeks ago. There was a response to my review of 5 years. My applause to a business that now has an on-site provider and so obviously bettering themselvesso their clients might be able to easier. If true, then it's outstanding news. Other than that, however, I could not comment further. As, I now am ignorant of the practices of thisbbusiness at hand. I will applaud Ideal for this new revelation none the less. As am sure it will indeed help fellow sisters and brothers try to fight the good fight. One day at a time. Thank you

I loved the place and its staff. The location is good. Great view of the mountains. A good size backyard to have fun in during the summer. A basketball hoop to enjoy throwing the ball in on some days. The food is very good. And have a potlach with other treatment facilities which I think is good to commune with others in the same situation as I. Was able to get lots of help for my addiction. I graduated from here a few years back then not listening to referrals for outpatient I started using again after working. With more of a committed ability I have now I am motivated for another try to figure this out and I feel safe going aback to Chanlyut. I was treated with outmost respect and dignity. Got good knowledgeable skills and had fun that I thought I wasn't going to have again. The sauna is very helpful during spiritual time. I absolutely enjoyed it. Our meetings were always appropriate and respectable to us as individuals in addiction. I felt it was. The outings were always fun to enhance out natural chemistry of dopamine. I did feel a urgently feeling of wanting to live on its terms again. I laugh at that because of my back to addiction life but now it's not a joke because of life is precious. I hope I feel this message will reach out to many. And hope that many are finding hope from this disease of addiction.
