About Holy Name Medical Center

Holy Name Hospital -- Holy Name Pavillion is a mental health rehabilitation facility in Teaneck, New Jersey, north of Teaneck Creek Conservatory. The facility is a 23 bed voluntary unit with intensive behavioral health treatment and support services. They serve adult and senior clients. The Holy Name Pavillion maintains a low client to staff ratio to ensure deeply personalized care throughout treatment. All treatment takes place in a welcoming and secure environment. Services offered include:

Clients with severe symptoms or who are otherwise assessed to be high risk are best suited for the inpatient program. This form of treatment sees clients stay at the facility for the duration of the program, allowing staff to keep a close watch on all clients to provide medical assistance when needed. Clients also have their basic needs met during this time.

Every day gets worse ,my husband was there wesnesday ER they ask 12 time about med when his admitted said his diabetic that his not,his Coumadin don't put that in record was in room 607 the blood pressure machine was broken they raised MG, change all pill discontrol his body completely, be ware they kill you.

I am so disgusted with Holy names transportation services. My mother was having a procedure done at 8:00 a.m. they never called to confirm the day before they just showed up. She needed to be at the hospital at 7:00 they showed up at 5:55 a.m. needless to say I had to cancel transportation and take her myself. They called me around 8:45 a.m. to let me know that the procedure has gone well and asked if I need a transportation back which was mind-blowing to me since I spoke to someone at the hospital who assured me that they would have transportation bring her back home. About an hour later I got a call from some man screaming this is transportation where are you I was extremely confused since I am not the patient I am her daughter. Never again. I will go to Hackensack Medical next time.

My name is Zuley Jimenez and I want to highlight the excellent work of the Oncology staff that treated my husband, the excellent care nurses and the receptionists regarding all medical appointments and treatments. But, I have to give you To the Social worker GABRIEL HERNANDEZ AND ANA PEREZ LOPEZ nurse, they are wonderful people, with a first-class professional level, any problem they give the attention it requires and give solutions immediately. My husband unfortunately passed away but he had the best care staff and especially these two workers who were loyal to their work and unconditional. This place has been a family for me, the breast cancer department is so good to everyone and I been there since 2019, thank you everyone that helped me in the department and also the appointments are always on point with calls letting you know in advance the time and date!!The only not good thing is the parking which is a little small! But that s all!
