Typically, clients attend the facility daily during the weekdays for up to six hours a day.
IOP and OP offer the same treatment. The only difference is the number of treatment hours per week. IOP involves at least nine treatment hours a week while OP may require as little as three hours each week.

These include family therapy, group and individual counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, life skills, meditative therapy, massage therapy, art therapy, music therapy, anger management, 12-step programs, yoga and more.
