When I moved my entire life and had it all switched so I thought until!!! I get there and then they say oh your insurance is for another county do until you switch it we cannot help you!!! And left me sitting in the room alone!! Just not even care or bothering with me!!! They make ppl want to relapse why bother when you don’t care this much but I rememenrr beinf told Mechanicsburg ctc does same day so w only 32 mins left I rushed over to here and the world of diff of care, wanting to help!!! Willing to work with you as anyone knows even if you have no insurance the state of pa will pay up to 90 days back bills so they got all my paperwork and my dosing That day and let me dose and set me up!!! I cannot tell you how as I say defeated in the other clinic defeated crying hysterically I saw my entire sobriety flash and about to be gone before my eyes!! I went from homeless, destitute, a person no one saw as worthy to a career in retail management, built myself to a respectable person agian that also helps others in recovery with at least that first step and now use my career to help give a job to those otherowise others look over!! They also take their time with their patients and focus on you one on one for at least forty minutes and sometimes more if needed, but, at the same time never leaving their next patient waiting, because they will tell their next patient what they need to start on and personally get them started while they finish with you. They don’t rush your treatment and focus on getting you better. I would highly recommend Fyzical! I was in a boot for two and a half months and was referred for physical therapy after the boot was removed. Since therapy I have gained strength in my ankle and more flexibility. Since then I truly have had a nice experience, I've been to about 4 different clinics in 2 different states and the best one by far is Pyramid. It was always decent but here over the past recent years after Jaz became higher up and having Josh do all the amazing stuff he has ita seriously just gotten better and easier! I absolutely love the new app and the way that the staff makes u feel like no matter how short or long you've been in recovery they're always a call or email away. My current consular is Amanda and she's been amazing too, hell even the other team members from nursing to the financial team- Anastasia specifically - have been a great experience. I made the decision in 2017 to change my life and get off drugs and join a clinic, a decision I never imagined would of taken me so far at the time I made it it was solely due to the fear and agony of withdrawals, but looking back on it I am so greatful I came to PA and transferred to pyramid health care bc they've done so much for me in some of the most difficult times I've been through since getting off drugs, even this year alone I had so much heart break and loss and acquired so much debt due to my husband chemo radiation therapy, being laid off of my job, having to move, and so much more, but long story short my clinic bill got up to $900 in back due and I had no way to pay that nor my cc and everything else that added up so fast, but one visit with Amanda and anesthesia and my bill was lowered to $0... It was a huge stress reliever and they day I found that out was the same day Josh showed and told me about their new app, so two good news that I really needed! At the time we were quarantined there and I struggled with that, I had got on suboxone basically so I could get out of there and not violate my parole. My counselor was absolutely AMAZING. Ms. Maddy really to the time out to help me in any way she could. I am now in the willow way recovery house right out back.
