Very impressed and surprised because there are some bad reviews when every team member I meet was extremely caring and understanding of everyone's personal situations. They really care about you getting better and will help give you the tools and motivation to get there. I started in the intensive outpatient program which was important to my recovery in that it gave me a regular schedule and it felt good to get in that rhythm and everyone I meet in that class was respectful to each other we learned and had a good time. I recently moved out onto the regular outpatient and continue to meet new people who all share the same difficulties in life and openly share their stories and perspectives to identify our triggers and in my case: bad life traps and bad coping styles that lead to my addiction. We also are taught how to avoid the pit falls of addiction the through healthy coping mechanisms. They also started a new incentive program that awards healthy recovery based activities. Because of this program and the programs they provided me with outside of Guardenzia I was able to change my mindset and come to a place where I can finally admit to myself of my past addiction and admit to myself I cannot ever drink again and I'm grateful to them for getting me to this place where I can finally accept that.

This place actually wants to help people do good with their lives. They actually care about the people and everyone there is really nice.. They actually listen to you and make you comfortable as possible and they try to help set a goal plan for your life. They will help get you through on what you need to do.. And they dont judge you at all. I definitely recommend this place for anyone that needs help with addiction and also help you set goals for your future.

Amazing!!! Helpful and caring!!! There’s nothing bad here nothing!! I can’t tell you how wonderful it is and refreshing!!! I have been on methadone 4 years and had to relocate back to central Pa and when I made arrangements with my old clinic at ARS, they tried to literally kill me!!! When I moved my entire life and had it all switched so I thought until!!! I get there and then they say oh your insurance is for another county do until you switch it we cannot help you!!! And left me sitting in the room alone!! Just not even care or bothering with me!!! They make ppl want to relapse why bother when you don’t care this much but I rememenrr beinf told Mechanicsburg ctc does same day so w only 32 mins left I rushed over to here and the world of diff of care, wanting to help!!! Willing to work with you as anyone knows even if you have no insurance the state of pa will pay up to 90 days back bills so they got all my paperwork and my dosing That day and let me dose and set me up!!! I cannot tell you how as I say defeated in the other clinic defeated crying hysterically I saw my entire sobriety flash and about to be gone before my eyes!! I went from homeless, destitute, a person no one saw as worthy to a career in retail management, built myself to a respectable person agian that also helps others in recovery with at least that first step and now use my career to help give a job to those otherowise others look over!! So thank you sooooo much Mechanicsburg CTC because of you!!! You helped this one persons world stay so much brighter!!! Thank you!!! I go here and I have to say they are awesome! They stay on top of everything which I like. I have the best counselor there and she has really helped me in the last two years. Pyramid was very helpful from the start my counselor Jamie Groff was great very compassionate and knowledgeable he made it a great process for me and I learned some new tools from him to maintain my sobriety

The staff here goes above and beyond for their clients Frank is an awesome counselor with so much knowledge and understanding of addiction and how to remain clean he helped me so much thank you frank and Tasha helped me immensely with resources that I needed she's literally the best. I felt like family here not just another client.

I just want to start bye saying this place saved my life and this is for real. When first showing up in very bad shape and asking for help as was treated with respect and care way above what I deserved from anyone the doctors the receptionist Josh who is now running the show and the most important person Connie who has been nothing but great to me it took me a while to get with the program I was still trying to do things my way. When I finally gave up and stopped all my bullshit things really took off and I have now been drug free for years not days. I had a person work with me about about my payment for there bill and other hospital bills I have went wzy beyond her job so in closing I just want to say thanks to all of you for helping me on this road of recovery you all truly saved my life. The staff of the Pyramid facility make the recovery process a journey of possibilities and opportunities. The counselor I had the opportunity to work with showed me a type of respect I haven't seen at any other facility. I am grateful for this on a daily basis. Just the small favor of offering a cup of coffee to clients in the morning makes the trip a great way to start the day. The security guards are even a part of the family and friends environment, taking the time to get to know the clients who use the waiting room daily. I am actually a bit bummed, when the administrator at the front window, has taken the day off because, she too, brightens my day and has had me laughing at her silly jokes and birthday songs throughout the past year.

I’d like to start by saying PYRAMID HAS BEEN THE MOST HELP since the beginning. I’ve had my rounds in recovery but this is the place that stuck with. I regained my confidence to be strong and have the power to control myself again. We all fall short at times, but if you want to get up and stay up, this is the place you should check out.

Bold Steps BH has been absolutely wonderful since my husband left another inpatient rehab. They left us tour and meet everyone. Explained what a ‘normal’ every day would look like. They don’t sugar coat anything and if you come there- they do NOT treat you like a prisoner and hold you accountable- per my husband who is the patient. The experience from Bold Steps vs the last place is night & day different. Thank you Bold Steps for taking such good care of my husband and holding him accountable and teaching him new healthier habits! Best of luck in finding a rehab that will aid you in your recovery. It will only work if you are serious about sobriety and learning new habits & ways to stay sober. It’s important to research rehabs and see what is the best fit for you. Bold Steps is the bees knees. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly ESPECIALLY TIA AND BRI. They are so friendly and make everyone feel welcomed. And the treatment center is 100% judgment free. Would absolutely recommend to anyone struggling with substance abuse or mental health!!
