Very impressed and surprised because there are some bad reviews when every team member I meet was extremely caring and understanding of everyone's personal situations. They really care about you getting better and will help give you the tools and motivation to get there. I started in the intensive outpatient program which was important to my recovery in that it gave me a regular schedule and it felt good to get in that rhythm and everyone I meet in that class was respectful to each other we learned and had a good time. I recently moved out onto the regular outpatient and continue to meet new people who all share the same difficulties in life and openly share their stories and perspectives to identify our triggers and in my case: bad life traps and bad coping styles that lead to my addiction. We also are taught how to avoid the pit falls of addiction the through healthy coping mechanisms. They also started a new incentive program that awards healthy recovery based activities. Because of this program and the programs they provided me with outside of Guardenzia I was able to change my mindset and come to a place where I can finally admit to myself of my past addiction and admit to myself I cannot ever drink again and I'm grateful to them for getting me to this place where I can finally accept that.

This place actually wants to help people do good with their lives. They actually care about the people and everyone there is really nice.. They actually listen to you and make you comfortable as possible and they try to help set a goal plan for your life. They will help get you through on what you need to do.. And they dont judge you at all. I definitely recommend this place for anyone that needs help with addiction and also help you set goals for your future.

Amazing!!! Helpful and caring!!! There’s nothing bad here nothing!! I can’t tell you how wonderful it is and refreshing!!! I have been on methadone 4 years and had to relocate back to central Pa and when I made arrangements with my old clinic at ARS, they tried to literally kill me!!! When I moved my entire life and had it all switched so I thought until!!! I get there and then they say oh your insurance is for another county do until you switch it we cannot help you!!! And left me sitting in the room alone!! Just not even care or bothering with me!!! They make ppl want to relapse why bother when you don’t care this much but I rememenrr beinf told Mechanicsburg ctc does same day so w only 32 mins left I rushed over to here and the world of diff of care, wanting to help!!! Willing to work with you as anyone knows even if you have no insurance the state of pa will pay up to 90 days back bills so they got all my paperwork and my dosing
That day and let me dose and set me up!!! I cannot tell you how as I say defeated in the other clinic defeated crying hysterically I saw my entire sobriety flash and about to be gone before my eyes!! I went from homeless, destitute, a person no one saw as worthy to a career in retail management, built myself to a respectable person agian that also helps others in recovery with at least that first step and now use my career to help give a job to those otherowise others look over!!

If you’re looking to share a physical therapist with 4 other people, only to be stuffed in an overcrowded room, with tables so close that it’s awkward, and spend about 15 of your 60 minutes waiting for either equipment or instructions, Fyzical is NOT the place for you.
Jose runs this fine establishment where individualized care is the main objective, and he makes time and space that his other therapists adhere to the same philosophy. They make you feel like you’re their only client, and on the rare occasion where patients overlapped, you hardly noticed it. Through clear instruction and a little help from technology, they encouraged me to do most exercises at home, but didn’t judge me when I slacked off. They listened patiently, answered my questions clearly, and were sensitive to my insecurities. I encourage you to check out their website, because even though I found this place because of its easy proximity to my home, it was the amount of information already available on their website for my particular condition that I scheduled my first appointment. And yes, if you have coverage, they will bill your insurance directly and obtain the necessary authorizations.
The icing on the cake is Elite Therapy and Fitness within the building, where you can get a monthly membership and use the equipment that they used during your therapy. I’ve been to two other physical therapy businesses, and neither of them even compares to the level of care I got at Fyzical.

I used their facility in Columbus, Ohio. Ii have 63 days today. The experience was more of wanting more of an education about addiction. The staff was awesome and I owe my sobriety to this organization and honestly probably my life. Ian building a solid support system and attending meetings and getting a sponsor! People need to understand something about vet hospitals. As a veteran myself I have come to not only learn but also experienced that people go to the hospital for the smallest issues which could have been cared for at home. On top of that military doctors aren’t the best so I usually take the time to seek civilian doctors. Save the negative comments because more the half the time people usually don’t go by them. Great nurses and doctors. They listen to my concerns and address them. If they can’t get you in within a month then you gave the opportunity to get the care out in the community from a list of approved places. This location is outstanding vs what it used to be before it was remodeled. The expansion and remodeling took outstanding!!

My daughter’s therapy got discharged. I spoke with Michelle and Katelin and they got it squared away when it wasn’t supposed to be a discharge and got her right back in with her therapist. I love PA. C. I never had a therapist like Judy. I struggle with many things and making appts is not always easy bc of my memory issues . I was often dismissed and then left with not therapist or psychiatrist in the past. Which doesn’t make sense when your being seen for mental health ! I came here and will never leave Judy. Through all the hard times the staff and front desk are very easy to talk to and are great as well. I see Judy weekly she also does intensive treatment for dissociative disorders & ptsd too. If it wasn’t for her knowing me working with me I don’t know where I would be, possibly not here today. I strongly advise seeing a different person if your first time doesn’t work out, they do have amazing therapist you just need to give it time and explore your option when your their. Don’t give up bc they won’t give up on you. I Highly recommend Pa.C. I wish I found Judy when I was younger, but I’m happy I have her now.

I am a 2021 graduate. Before coming to Teen Challenge, I was homeless on the streets of Philadelphia. I came here for recovery, but I got a new life instead. It sounds weird to say about my time in rehab, but it was one of the best years of my life. After graduating, I interned here, eventually becoming a staff member. I wanted to work here because of what I saw in the staff as a student, their love for God and people, and servanthood. I wanted to bring that same love and servanthood to people who are sick and suffering, like they did for me. It is not just a job but a calling. I would recommend PAATC to anyone struggling with addiction, and I am eternally grateful to God for using it to give me a life and a purpose.

I enjoy this practice. Dr.T and Kyle listen. Doctor doesn't try to force you on handfuls of medicine. Have been very accommodating thru the pandemic. Also the staff seem nice and allow you to book up to 4 appointments ahead for therapist which is convenient. Still offer Zoom which personally with someone who suffers from social anxiety is VERY cool. I would recommend.

I've been to a lot of drug treatment centers in the area, I'm sorry to say. This is the only one where the staff are qualified, helpful and care to such a degree. I started here years ago when I was court ordered, and I stay to help myself now that I am free.
You can see the reviews of this place are very polarizing. Either one star or five star. Drug treatment is not a pleasant process. Whether ordered to be here or on your own volition, this is therapy and it means confronting aspects of yourself you don't like. You WILL come to a point where you are angry, disgusted, fed up, etc. You can either quit and go write a one star review, or push through it and be better for it.

This place and the staff have helped to save my life. When I arrived here I was resentful and did not want anything to do with the program or recovery. They never gave up on me Bri, Lauren, Janet, and the whole staff believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. Throughout my two years of attending they have helped me get to inpatient every time I started using and were there for support and education once I got out and was willing to listen. I am forever grateful for Mountain Manor Westminster. I wouldn’t be where I am today without their help, support, and perseverance through my stubbornness until I wanted to change. Thank you.

We have Susan as our couples therapist and she is absolutely amazing !
She advocates for both of us , and she validates both of us and understands how we both are feeling and where we are coming from . And examines that we both have a lot of traumas . And that’s what is part to do of the vicious cycle that’s in affect as well. As some neurological disorders from my part playing an effect as well . She understands , and she is supportive of that with me . And doesn’t judge me based on that . Nor thinks I’m faking or making it as an excuse like other providers in the past have made it seem or feel! It honestly has made me feel like a weight is lifted off my shoulder! And I feel like finally I’m heard and I’m understood and she sees me for who I truly am !
