The doctors are always nice and gentle. The wait time is pretty long, but the attention is great.

Dr Harbin is a total package - He is knowledgeable, caring, has excellent bedside manners, is patient, and gives his cell number for you to contact in case of an emergency. My husband had a prostate surgery yesterday at Carroll Hospital and Dr Harbin was just amazing. Talking to the nurses Julie and Ben found out that people travel from all over to get the surgery done by Dr Harbin. That says a lot, doesn't it? You will travel in pain... Blessed! If you are looking for a surgeon look no further.Kudos to Carroll Hospital in Carroll county, MD - amazing staff, awesome waiting area and a cafe that is open longer than the other hospitals. So our experience was nothing less than a total package. Thank you Dr. Harbin.

My boyfriend (he is leaving a great review also) and I have been a client at BH a little over a year and we both think the entire staff is wonderful!!! They always treat us with kindness, respect and compassion. I have been to 2 other facilities in Laurel & Cherry Hill and BH is by far a much better Facility. Each and every staff member has greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing EVERY time and I consider them all to be more than just "staff". My Counselor Megan is phenomenal, she answers every phone call or text message and really listens to what I have to say and sometimes I'm sure I ramble, lol. I can talk to her about anything and her advice has helped me many, many times. I consider her more than my counselor she's my friend. I have NEVER had a false positive, EVER. I think you have to be honest with yourself and not blame BH, that's a part of recovery, personal responsibility. BH's staff members are a big part of the reason I am currently at the highest Level, Stage 4, and I am over 6 months clean!!! Hats off to you BH because of you I'm sober and I finally have my life back!!!! YOU GUY'S ARE ALL WONDERFUL AND SUPPORTIVE!!! FOREVER GRATEFUL!!

The help they provide to the community is impressive, the way they improve the lives of people that don't even get a chance! I'm glad that these people exist.

My son was there for a few months, they helped him quite a lot and managed to meet his needs it was a great experience for his life.

Mountain manor was my first recovery option when going into recovery I m glad I made the right decision. They have helped me a lot. If you know anyone struggling with addiction and need help to get your self or someone to guide them to the right path contact them immediately!

I have been home two weeks from The POI Institute for CPTSD treatment from trauma of years of sexual abuse as a child. I ve been on medications for over 30 years, been through years of therapy, and never had any relief from my demons. I can t believe how good I feel now, and how alive I feel.Diane and George instantly made me feel safe, my surroundings were beautiful and luxurious, and I had a great experience. This is the best clinic I ve ever used they posted they were gonna be closed for snow and I messaged there Facebook the that evening and they found away to open to take care of us that didn t get our meds prior bc they understand the importance of there patients getting medicated also they are very fair with moving you up levels to receive take homes so you don t have to go every day as long as you do what you have to do they make sure to take care of you!! I ve moved three different times and have had quite a few clinic closer, but still take the ride out there Because I know no one else is gonna honor my hard work and give me to take homes I deserve Plus, I love the staff The receptionist, the counselors, the Director, the nurse, the doctors they re all amazing!!!!

My experience at the Bergan Group in Fallston was truly the turning point in my recovery. From the kindness and understanding of the staff, to the practical tools taught during sessions on how to navigate the day-to-day ups/downs in life, were incredibly helpful to me. It was here that I was able to finally learn to live in this world with more positivity, strength, and self-confidence than I had before. All without alcohol-- something that seemed nearly impossible not so long ago. I highly recommend The Bergand Group in Fallston for anyone who has a desire to change for the better, no matter where you are along your road of recovery. Rest assured there is no judgement here. I was there at the end of 2013, took my recovery seriously, I loved all the therapists, individual and group activities, I loved that they weren t based on a 12 step program (although, I m in AA now) and that we were allowed to use our cellphones and laptops (the only reason I chose that place). It was very good for me there, I extended my stay for another week.It s 2021 now, I m still sober. Thank you, Clarity Way

Right Turn Impact (RTI) is the best rehab if you want to change your life--from addiction to freedom!The entire staff are recovering addicts/alcoholics, so they truly understand your addiction and ways to help, including help for your court hearing.Start with the RTI's weekend program (many referred from a lawyer when you are in trouble). You will hear from Ben C., managing partner and COO, about his story and immense knowledge and advice if you are arrested, what to do to protect your rights (don't blow--ever), and some steps to help you build a defense at court.Then you meet Kristin S., who is on the team of "Court Services." Her job and her team is to go to your court hearing, to help you give strong support to the state attorneys and judges. IT MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE!!!Kristin S. gave us so much information to build up your defense--most importantly building a notebook to organize everything. She had samples and ideas. I used:*LEGAL (lawyer/police arrest, court info)*MVA/InterLock*Recovery: MADD certificate; Right Turn Impact weekend certificate; either RTI or others for progress of in- or outpatient program; and verification of AA or NA meetings**MOST Important!!! for me: Personal/Character ReferencesKristin was amazing. One of her team members, Ron, was at my court hearing. He was great. He was one of the 1st founders of Right Turn Impact.Expect okay food, but great coffee! Saturday night allows you to order from a good Italian restaurant (~$20-30). I enjoyed my companions with other addicts/alcoholics. We understood each other with a strong bond with our similar stories, our fears, and our support of each other.Beds are a bit uncomfortable--but I was happy to be there. Think about it...get better, or things could be a lot less comfortable in jail, etc.Beds and food were not my priority. More supportive pillows are needed, though, so ppl do not have sore necks, shoulders to be okay every morning/day. That is my top suggestion. Not the best but supportive and extra pillows, and extra blankets, as I had only one when I was there and it was a bit cold.Definitely call Right Turn Impact for help! They know what they are doing and understand!
