I will say, in the beginning, approximately 5 or so years ago, I was not happy with the service. But, I did like my psychologist at the time and not wanting to find something new, I reluctantly decided to stay. I m glad I did. I now have gotten to know my therapist better and have found a healthy, better trust in this organization. Things seem better in the last year or so, I m able to get my needed meds on time and am happy with the service I receive. I don t know if management changed or I did. It s scary to trust someone with one s mental health. It takes time and a willingness of both parties to empathize, the giver and the receiver both. My advice, if you are unhappy, voice your grievance and give them time to correct your concerns.

I went there for 3 weeks for clinical on my externship I ve worked with some of the best healthcare workers I enjoyed being there so much I went extra early and and stayed late every night I ve learned so much and got to received so much knowledge and care patience and definitely skills for sure I was always feeling like home there from the staff to my patients being greeted and nurture had me feeling on top of the world when it was time for me to leave I cried real tears so hard but I made them all I promise I d be back to show them my certification as a CCMA to thank them for all there help and support and that s what I did I passed on my NHA my first try with the highest score in my class and my skills been on point ever since never seen a place with so much positivity if you need to do your externship or need a great clean doctor office with all the works don t walk run!! I will start of by saying that I am so happy I decided to go to this clinic .I called about 10 places know one had any appointments available and also they were so rude . I was going to give up then I saw TRUENORTH WELLNESS and also read the reviews but I still decided to try it. I recommend this Hospital if you have problems. I went here for a while when I was struggling a lot and they stabilized my medications and helped me out with home issues. I was in the Adolescents Ward and I had a good experience and met some nice and supportive patients while I was in treatment.

I was at Concept 90 after getting out of Prison in May of 2002. I have been in recovery ever since. The help and support of the staff there has been a big help to me in maintaining my recovery.
