What I loved about Harbor House is a lot of the staff went through there too, so they know what they're talking about. This place is professional from the front office to the therapists. They helped me recover from a severe situation. I started therapy in May not even being able to stand up from a chair without struggling, to being able to complete 15 minute rotations involving carrying a 25 pound weight, marching with the same weight and then doing half pushups. I just finished my last session this week. I am forever grateful for this place. They were constantly asking what my personal goals were and then tailoring where possible for me to achieve my goals.
