I checked into Mount Regis in December 2023. I had never been to rehab before but had been in active addiction for over 20 years. I had no idea what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. After detox (which is a blur), I loved the people and the environment I was in. We had accudetox, outside trips to Equine Therapy, NA and AA meetings, music therapy, and the gym, small group sessions and many other classes and activities to keep us busy and involved. The food was good, the director of the facility was a common face and big personality, but a positive one, in my opinion. The staff was great, although stretched thin at some points, but they were very accommodating and caring.I have over 9 months of recovery now, thanks in large part, to Mount Regis and the tools they gave me. I still attend NA and AA meetings there, occasionally, and can t thank them enough for helping me get my life and my soul back!

I have had experience in a lot of hospitals over the years in many states and this facility is far and away one of the best. The rooms are clean (you'd be surprised how many I've been in with grimy floors!) and the staff have all been friendly, helpful, and competent, from the nurses to the welcome staff to the doctors. I really can't say enough about how good my experience has been with the staff here; I don't know what your management team is doing, but tell them to keep it up!

This was our first time using this hospital. We had a phenomenal experience with all staff from security and admin teams, nursing staff, and our physician, Dr. Place. My 2 year old required stitches on her lip. All the nurses took their time to be caring and kind, and went above and beyond despite it being very busy. Even those who weren t assigned to her care team took the time to make conversation with her. When my baby was scared during the procedure, Dr. Place and our nurse were incredibly patient, caring, and knowledgeable. Couldn t have asked for a better experience. I hope we never need to use a ER again, but if we do, I trust them to take care of my family members.

I recently visited an urgent care facility, and I must say, my experience was excellent! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was quick and efficient, which I really appreciated, especially when I wasn't feeling my best. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I was seen by a nurse and a doctor in no time. They took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly, making me feel at ease. The doctor provided a clear diagnosis and explained the treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand.I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the attention to detail in maintaining a safe environment. Overall, my visit to urgent care left me feeling cared for and relieved. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of quick and effective medical attention!
