Mountainside Hospital Outpnt Behavioral

Despite the antiquated and dilapidated labor & delivery facility, the staff are angels. They work nonstop, often working well past their normal shift end time to ensure their patients are taken care of. It is rare these day to meet people who so selflessly give of themselves. If only the administration of Mountainside gave them the proper tools and facilities to do their work. Thank you to all the docs and nurses who helped bring my son safely into this world

On Wednesday August 28 I went to visit a dear friend who was in the Ackerman Pavilion after being moved from ICU to palliative care. Unfortunately I arrived too late but was still able to say my goodbye.I want to thank the nurse tech that saw me sitting by the elevator bank crying. She asked if I was ok and I nodded yes. She returned a few minutes later with a box of tissues and a bottle of water. I forgot to get her name but I wanted her to know how much I appreciated her kindness and compassion. She was an angel to me. This occurred around 6:30pm
