For those of us of a certain age/generation where getting help for mental health concerns has always been frowned upon or considered a weakness, Holly Humphreys is the therapist to see! She gets us! It took all of about ten minutes with her to feel comfortable and safe. And, FYI, it s not a weakness! Your mind needs care just as much as the rest of your body. In fact, you may find that as your mental health improves, so does your physical health.

Even though I have no addiction issues:(Father God's Love, Jesus' saving grace,Breathing, eating, sleeping, music, my cat, coffee and cigars), Sarah is very caring and very concise with process and progress of all needs and always listens to medication needs and fills them with my particular needs in mind, keeping me from having to go to the pharmacy too many times.Great practitioners!!Highly recommend!!

Thank you for the kind words and putting your trust in us. We think Sarah is pretty great, too.
My psychiatrist is awesome. He listens well, and we make plans together for my meds. The only negative I've seen in my year at Blue Ridge is the policy for no call no-shows. I accidentally did a no call no-show once, as I forgot about an appointment. They stopped sending refills of my medication immediately. I had to be unmedicated until I was able to sit and wait for hours to be reinstated, and then scheduled in again. The staff is amazing. The policy sucks.
Have had a great experience with this company. They have helped my wife and autistic daughter so much. My wife and I are very grateful to see our daughter making so much progress through their ABA program.
