About Banyan Heartland

Banyan Treatment Centers Gilman is a private drug rehab center specializing in treating drug and alcohol abuse in Watseka, Illinois. This addiction treatment center provides individuals with fully customized and uniquely comprehensive levels of care to help with recovery.

Banyan Treatment Centers Gilman prides itself in giving clients the drug and alcohol treatment they deserve to help them truly find recovery and sobriety. As part of this plan, this rehab center offers four substance abuse treatment programs, and they include the following:

At the Banyan Treatment Center in Gilman, dedicated healthcare professionals provide patients with medically monitored detox services for drug and alcohol addiction. During a medically monitored detox at this addiction treatment center, individuals are given 24/7 care to ensure each patient can recover from withdrawals and cravings.

The accommodations during the detox phase are comfortable, and the environment is safe and promotes healing from substance abuse. Eligible candidates are also offered FDA approved medications to help mitigate the harmful effects of drug and alcohol withdrawal.

This rehab center’s partial hospitalization plan (PHP) offers 24 hour support and full time treatment for those who want to recover at home and in a hospital setting. The PHP offered by this detox center is individualized and customized, with individuals having access to therapy daily.

Patients will undergo group and individual therapy alongside other substance abuse treatment services like chiropractic care, Biofeedback Serenity Beds, and acupuncture. In addition, individuals will also attend 12 step meetings, and the length of stay in this program is dependent on each person’s unique recovery needs.

The intensive outpatient program (IOP) offers a wide variety of therapies in a relaxed environment. During this level of care, individuals are able to gain employment and stay at home in addition to attending recovery meetings and volunteering in their communities.

Those struggling with active addiction should consider attending this IOP, which is held five days a week during phase one and three days a week during phase two. During these sessions, individuals attending the group and individual counseling will develop coping skills and responsible behaviors alongside relapse prevention.

An emphasis is placed on long-term addiction recovery during this addiction treatment center outpatient program (OP). This OP offers individual and group counseling five days a week. It offers flexibility and time to those who require help with achieving sobriety.

Typically this OP offers treatment between three to nine hours a day to ensure individuals can balance treatment and everyday life. Although 24 hour care isn’t provided, patients work with therapists to create individualized treatment plans to treat substance abuse disorders.

I unfortunately am giving a one star review. Do not mistake me I give 5 stars to BHTs, nursing, and kitchen staff. This amazing group of men and women do an excellent job, going above and beyond for your patients. With out them your business would be crippled. So for the outstanding employees I would like to thank: kitchen staff Todd and Belinda. BHTs Kip, Ash, Derek, April, Kayla, Kimber, Devan, Ty, Dakota, Christian, Kevin , Gracie, Levi, Danny, Amanda,Drake. Case manager. Heather, Therapist Dawn, Joe. Nursing Dina, Mary, Ken, Katie, Laura, Helen, Lynn, Christine, Carolynn. NPAs. Monica , Shannon. Drivers Pete, Colton, Richard,Luc. The one star goes to a lot of different things. Hygiene products are the absolute cheapest and worse. The grounds have been seriously neglected landscaping blocks are crumbling, asphalt drive is falling apart, the entire building needs painted inside and out. Couch in B building is dirty and falling apart. Bugs in light fixtures, which there are light bulbs out in just about every area. Dress codes should be enforced. Curtains need washed. I believe some guidelines should be evaluated depending on circumstances. The rule states I cannot be a speaker for a year. Do you know something I don t ? My story won t be any different today than a year from now. I can t apply for a job even though I m actually overqualified. I could do any job as far as 35 years restaurant work, Hospital rounding and cleaning for 8 years. Funny thing is if I didn t choose Banyan Heartland for my care. You wouldn t know my story and still don t. I would have qualified. So thanks for punishing me based on I trusted you with my care. Apparently you don t trust it or care. My bill comes out for a 28 day stay approximately 111.000. This place should look immaculate. Is your corporate office clean?

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Military members, veterans, and eligible dependents have access to specific insurance programs that help them get the care they need. TRICARE and VA insurance can help you access low cost or no cost addiction and mental health treatment. Programs that accept military insurance often have targeted treatment focused on the unique challenges military members, veterans, and their families face.

Levels of Care

partial-hospitalization iconPartial Hospitalization Program
As a flexible option, a partial hospitalization program (PHP) is tailored for those who don't require 24-hour care. PHP treatment can include daily therapeutic sessions and services such as relapse prevention and medication management. Based on your needs, PHP treatment duration can average 90 days and require a minimum of 20 hours of commitment weekly. While a partial hospitalization program typically requires a commute, telehealth may be available. PHP treatment costs can vary but are often covered by most insurance.
intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient
Intensive Outpatient programs are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs. The Intensive Outpatient Program gives patients the chance to participate in a structured treatment plan part-time while they transition back to home and work or other responsibilities.
24-hour icon24-Hour Clinical Care
Addiction treatment often begins with 24-hour clinical care in Illinois. This supervised setting is the best environment for detox.where medical staff can provide 24/7 supervision and responsive care as your body is cleansed of addictive substances. Doctors may prescribe antagonist and partial agonist drugs to counteract the effects of drugs or alcohol, or they may slowly taper down dosages of substances to end physical dependence on the drug.
medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox
During the medically supervised detox process, licensed medical professionals monitor your vitals and administer medications meant to help alleviate the physical symptoms of withdrawal. The process can take between five and seven days, although the actual length depends on your individual needs. In most cases, medically assisted detox is partially, if not fully, covered by insurance.

They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. Recovery is most successful when clients feel accepted and validated by their peers and treatment providers. Facilities that offer LGBTQ-inclusive programming are committed to creating a safe space where everyone can grow and recover without fear of judgment or discrimination. They will have dedicated policies in place to create a safe and supportive environment that fosters free expression.

Serving in the military is both mentally and physically challenging, and can result in trauma that persists even after combat ends. Military programs are tailored to the specific and often complex needs of active duty personnel, veterans, and military families. Clients often access these programs through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

My experience at Banyan was top shelf. The facilities, food and staff were all fantastic. The therapists, in particular Joe, Payton, Dawn, and Chad provided poignant strategies and daily practices to avoid triggers, manage high risk situations, and change both my actions and modes of thinking. I am confident that with the tools I've been provided, I will conquer my addiction and keep my sobriety - not only just for today, but for the rest of my life!!I would recommend Banyan to anyone searching for a means to start their recovery journey.
