About Advanced Rapid Detox
Advanced Rapid Detox offers a four day detox program for individuals who are addicted to opioids. Located in Detroit, MI, the structured program includes 24 hour supervision in an ICU setting, with aftercare provided.
Located in Detroit, MI Advanced Rapid Detox is a detox center offering a four day detox program. Patients receive 24/7 supervision from medical staff, who provide treatment to alleviate withdrawal symptoms. Aftercare is provided to encourage long term sobriety.
Patients are under 24 hour supervision as they undergo detox treatment. Medical staff uses IV sedation to allow you to sleep through withdrawals while the drugs are eliminated from your system. You recover in a private room and are provided aftercare instructions for ongoing recovery.
Once you complete detox, you receive a Vivitrol injection. This medication eliminates cravings for opioids. You’ll receive instructions on how to continue to get this shot monthly for a year or take Naltrexone tablets daily. An in house social worker will work with you to set post detox goals for continued sobriety.
On day one of the detox program, patients complete paperwork, lab work, a physical exam, and case planning with a social worker and physician. Patients then go to their private room, which is equipped with WIFI, TV, and a private bathroom.
On the second day of the rapid detox program, patients go to the ICU. Here, they undergo the sedation detox procedure. Medical staff use medication to sedate the patient and purge the body of opiates. Patients are returned to their private room to sleep through withdrawals under close supervision. Patients also receive a Vivitrol injection to eliminate cravings after detox.
During day three of the detox program, the patient remains in their private room to rest and recuperate. Staff provide medication to alleviate any withdrawals, if needed.
The final day of the rapid detox program includes meeting with the head physician before discharge. Patients are sent home with instructions for ongoing medication treatment and aftercare.

Life changing but not just for the fact they help reset your mind body and soul but the staff. From Dr.A to Laura making sure you won t feel judged and help you do the work. Then you get staff watching over you like angels. At first I wouldn t ask for anything and sat inside my room not feeling great because trying this in Florida at ANR being put into kidney failure. You would think I would be crazy for trying this again but these angels took me in watched me. Advocated for me to say when I felt bad. They would make you feel like you were your their family and they protect their family. Comparing advanced rapid detox to ANR in Florida isn t possible and pointless, ANR is a meat shop, they don t care about you they care about your payment clearing. Here at Advanced Rapid Detox you will receive more than care and support for treatment you will receive love, kindness, and warmth. I was on 190mg Methadone for 17 years straight (Code M for Monthly) and I finally have my life back. I have energy, motivation, willingness to push myself and want more in life. This place is doing God's Work and compared to ANR in Florida which is charging $9800 more for the same exact procedure and sending you to a Hotel the next day is outrageous.Also any negative comments you see from previous patients, simply didn't want it enough, they relapsed and that's why their complaining. Let me say it isn't easy, but nothing is easy in life. You want something bad enough you make it happen, period. You don't write reviews x amounts of months or a year later and have the nerve to blame their outcome on Advanced Rapid Detox.In my mind their weak individuals because I'm over 40 and I did it and they've had a patient as old as 60 and they did it. So to all the younger adults, if your not ready then don't do it. Life isn't easy and I think that's the biggest problem with the one's who didn't succeed, they absolutely didn't have enough challenges and bad days in their life and had ZERO will power.
