Came here for blood work yesterday. The staff was very nice and courteous. From the receptionist who checked me in to the nurse who did my blood draw everything was professional. I really like that I was able to set up an appointment online and they had multiple time slots.I do think there should be better information on where the lab is located in the building. I had to use the help desk phone for information on how to get to the lab.

Thank you for your feedback. Patient care is our top priority, and we do all that we can to provide the very best experience.
I have been a client here for three years. The receptionist and front office staff have always been respectful and helpful. I have witnessed others giving them a hard time and being difficult. Respect is a two-way street.Nicole Bryant is absolutely fabulous - I could not ask for a better therapist! Dr. Glitz and I discuss treatment options and we discuss her recommendations. She does run behind at times but I know that is because some clients need a bit more time than others and she is very thorough. I never feel rushed when I'm meeting with her.Note: Mental health providers in Michigan are understaffed and stretched thin. Delays and wait times are common with almost every provider nowadays. Extending a little post-pandemic grace goes a long way.
Wonderful experience. Calm, kind, helpful staff members. They let us know the process ahead of time and made sure it was understood and agreed upon. It took a little over two hours - which is very worth it when any other psych has a month plus waiting list. Medication was received and a plan put together for follow up care. Very pleased.
