I only came for my medicine and instead they forced me to do an assessment then kept urging me to go inpatient. I didn't want to agree to the assessment but they made it seem like it was part of the process so i agreed before i knew what it was. Then when i tried to get out of it they were like "well you agreed" and made me do it. It completely wasted my time and I didn't even get my medicine.

I had an appointment with my peer support worker to help me fill out some paperwork. When I arrived, she wasnt even there that say. I went home. Its been over a week. I have not been called to reschedule or even to get an apology. I have severe copd. Its extremely difficult to get bathed, dressed and find transportation to go anywhere. I also lost my cab money. I had to pay to get there and back.2nd- I had over the phone counciling with Deborah(forgot last name). It was going so well. One time only did I have to cancel because I was having breathing problems. Receptionist said she would call and inform her. I waited and waited. Finally,I was hung up on. They never called back and I never received anymore counciling. She quit call8ng me all together. Not very nice at all. I dont treat people that way when I was still able to work. It lacks integrity and proffessionalism. Id change to another facility but I like seeing Heather. She is very helpful to me.Dona Good

They have appalling, criminal ways of getting rid of their uninsured patients.Zepf "counselors" falsely accused me of making threats which got me suspended from school and kicked out of the country, just so that they wouldn't have to deal with me using their servicesTheir "crisis line" is trash too, with "counselors" who will hang up on you whenever they feel like it

I went there, with a referral from a hospital coping center, early September 22. It is now very late January 23. In this time all I ve been given is meds, and orders to stop seeing my previous Psychologist. They said That they MUST be the only ones seeing me, yet to date they have not scheduled a single therapy session, and they must be the only ones prescribing meds. All of which would ve been fine had they actually taken over my care. But no, no they did not. I have gone all of this time having no counseling and unable to seek it out. My meds went from 30day prescriptions, to three week prescriptions. So now I have to go see a nurse, who is so incredibly rude as well as asks you a question then ignores the answer, to get my meds.No counseling services for over four months, and horribly inconvenient med prescription policy/practice/whatever it s called.

Very long wait times for ineffective staff. I've waited over 45 minutes past my appointment time for a simple 10 minute visit.
