I don't normally leave reviews like this, but I honestly can't recommend the therapists here. My partner and I both saw therapists here for over a year. They almost completely destroyed our relationship, and my partner's therapist played with their trust like a toy. My partners therapist acted very unethical in a number of ways. My partner has stated many times that going to see them was one of the worst mistakes of their life, because now they are going through even worse mental health problems than ever before. Their therapist never once talked to them about forgiveness, and left them feeling more justified in their feelings of trauma instead of helping them work through their problems. Blaming everyone else for your problems is terrible therapy. My partner said their therapist made them feel worse every time they went to see them, like they were determined to destroy our relationship. I worked on every single problem addressed and it was never good enough. When I told my partner to seek new therapy, their therapist said "he only wants you to stop seeing me because he doesn't want you to get better", and that I was a narcassist (even though narcassists don't actively go to therapy to work on themselves). What kind of qualified therapist manipulates their patients like that? I love my partner and i want what is best for them. Needless to say, we are seeking new therapy with qualified persons, and this time we will vet their credentials. In my experience, even though my personal therapist was nice and intelligent, I don't think they were qualified to truly help me deal with my problems. My partner and I used to be so close, and now we have to seek more expensive therapy to undo what this place brought into our lives. I highly recommend you dont ever seek treatment here, as I don't believe this place is meant to help people. I think they just want your money, and I think one therapist in particular is on a power trip. I honestly hope it closes down, and I hope my partner's therapist well in their job search for a new profession, because they have no business playing with people's mental health. I truly regret this place coming into our lives, and I only hope we can rebuild. The coffee was pretty good tho.

They re not handicapped accessible. I ve been coming here over a year for my kids and they moved upstairs. Also, doesn t really offer family therapy. My ex had druggies living with him while he is actively using, and he was given time to take care of the problem. My kids say they ll kill themselves if we d move to Missouri and CPS came knocking on my door. (Which I mean what teenager doesn t feel like this when their parents make a difficult decision to move when they can t afford the current living expenses that is RENO?) Instead of getting the same courtesy to explain my situation this was the move they made. my ex can not get them to school either and yeah . Biased companyUpdated to respond to their answer. The room has to be reserved. The room is a multipurpose room that can be difficult for handicapped people because of the carpeting. It also isn t conveyed you need to reserve this room in advance. As someone who showed up with no warning of these changes it was quite embarrassing to be refused because we didn t reserve a room we didn t know we had to.

Accepted Insurance

Vitality Integrated Programs Reno works with several private insurance providers and also accepts private payments when possible, please contact to verify your specific insurance provider.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Sliding scale payments are based on a client's income and family size. The goal is to make treatment affordable to everyone. By taking these factors into account, addiction recovery care providers help ensure that your treatment does not become a financial burden to you or your family, eliminating one barrier to care.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Military members, veterans, and eligible dependents have access to specific insurance programs that help them get the care they need. TRICARE and VA insurance can help you access low cost or no cost addiction and mental health treatment. Programs that accept military insurance often have targeted treatment focused on the unique challenges military members, veterans, and their families face.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
inpatient iconInpatient
Inpatient rehab provides a highly structured and supportive environment for clients at an increased risk of relapse, including clients exiting detox, those in early recovery, and those experiencing crisis. Many inpatient treatment centers offer round-the-clock clinical care. Their principal treatment modality is usually psychotherapy, including individual, group, and family counseling. Clients may also participate in extensive life skills training to support their long-term sobriety. Some rehabs offer holistic therapies, including massage, meditation, and nutrition therapy.
intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs.
medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox
Ridding your body of alcohol and drugs in a medically supervised environment is known as medically supervised detox. During this period of inpatient care, you are monitored by a team of medical professionals whose job it is to help keep you as safe and comfortable as possible while addressing any withdrawal symptoms. Medically supervised detox is typically the first step in the recovery process, and usually takes an average of 5-7 days.

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

When you enter drug rehab in Nevada, you receive professional assistance to remove drugs from your body and cease your body's need for the substance. You learn coping strategies and receive support to prevent relapse and enjoy long-term sobriety.

A combined mental health and substance abuse rehab has the staff and resources available to handle individuals with both mental health and substance abuse issues. It can be challenging to determine where a specific symptom stems from (a mental health issue or an issue related to substance abuse), so mental health and substance abuse professionals are helpful in detangling symptoms and keeping treatment on track.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Programs

teen-program thumbnail image
Teen Program
Teen programs are designed to address the unique pressures teens face, pressures that can drive them to experiment with dangerous, addictive substances. They need programs that meet them exactly where they are and give them tools for long-term recovery. Therapy can help teenagers understand and work through underlying issues so they can reclaim the life ahead of them.
adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
program-for-men thumbnail image
Program For Men
Men face specific challenges and concerns when seeking addiction treatment. Gender-specific recovery programs help them tackle these issues head-on in an environment that's focused, targeted, and distraction-free. It also gives them the opportunity to connect with and learn from other men who have been through a similar journey and can offer support for the next step.
program-for-women thumbnail image
Program For Women
Rehabs for women provide a safe, nurturing space for female clients to heal. These treatment programs consider the specific obstacles that women can face during recovery and place a special emphasis on mental, social, physical, and reproductive health. They explore how each woman's experience has shaped the trajectory of their substance use, addressing issues such as sexual abuse and past trauma.

Clinical Services

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

Accreditations

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is a branch of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Established in 1992 by congress, SAMHSA's mission is to reduce the impact of substance abuse and mental illness on American's communities.

SAMHSA Listed: Yes

State Licenses are permits issued by government agencies that allow rehab organizations to conduct business legally within a certain geographical area. Typically, the kind of program a rehab facility offers, along with its physical location, determines which licenses are required to operate legally.

Doctor had cut me off when my dog knocked over my bottle of meds. I have not had a dirty UA in 8 years and thanks to Carla Farnsworth that ended today. All there is out in the street is fentanyl. I'm sure they will take no responsibility for the bad action and horrible service. If you are thinking of becoming a patient. I would look somewhere. They will leave you in Alprazolam and Subutex withdrawal and never even call you back. I wish Icould rate less then 1 star. And my lawyer says it's time to sue .. trust me! Look somewhere else.
