Medical briefcase icon Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs.

Heart icon Treatment

alcohol iconAlcoholism

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

drugs iconDrug Addiction

Drug rehab in Idaho provides treatment for addiction to drugs. It usually includes a combination of treatment methods that can involve counseling, medication, and a variety of evidence-based therapies. Programs are designed to help individuals manage their substance use disorder long-term.

check iconDual Diagnosis

Many of those suffering from addiction also suffer from mental or emotional illnesses like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, or anxiety disorders. Rehab and other substance abuse facilities treating those with a dual diagnosis or co-occurring disorder administer psychiatric treatment to address the person's mental health issue in addition to drug and alcohol rehabilitation.

opium iconOpioid Addiction

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

substance-abuse iconSubstance Abuse

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

family iconFamily Therapy

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

intervention iconGroup Therapy

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

house-medical iconTrauma Therapy

Trauma therapy addresses traumatic incidents from a client's past that are likely affecting their present-day experience. Trauma is often one of the primary triggers and potential causes of addiction, and can stem from child sexual abuse, domestic violence, having a parent with a mental illness, losing one or both parents at a young age, teenage or adult sexual assault, or any number of other factors. The purpose of trauma therapy is to allow a patient to process trauma and move through and past it, with the help of trained and compassionate mental health professionals.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tueller. My daughter goes to Tueller. She has made some major improvements in her therapy sessions. Not only does she do counseling, but also skills building. In reading some of the reviews, it sucks to see how other do not like Tueller. Counselors listen to so many people, yet are unable to talk to others due to confidentiality. Nor are they able to make a reply on here with any reviews, due to confidentiality.HIGH RESPECT!If you want a company that respects your confidentiality, shows humility, admits when they have done something wrong, and will check in with you to see how therapy is going, Tueller is the place.Ask a provider at Tueller how often they're in training or meetings to better their clients... I was surprised! Tueller employees show true commitment, are well educated, and meet many standards other counseling offices do not. I think this is the main reason they have had to expand to accommodate all their clients.

Counselor just talked, never really listened. Minimized my trauma. The 20 something year old crisis counselor actually called the cops on me. And the owner, DV evaluator, lied to me. Worst place to go for counseling services by far. 0/5!

Philip Hathaway is by far the most unprofessional and judgemental counselor here. Oh and get this, he works with kids, unfortunately. He called CPS on our family after we approached him with something and requested advice, MIND YOU, we had already spoken to 2 other professionals at the facility, which in turn referred us to speak to him 2 weeks later when we had our next appt w/my son. After talking to him hoping to get advice Philip informed me on the way out that he had to call CPS on us. Being that the other 2 people from the company didn't see that fit he stirred up unecessary trauma and anxiety. I told him to no longer contact us and we removed my son from his schedule that same day and he still texted me 2 seperate times to harass me. One of the gals who worked with my son which he raved about, between appointments, was Amber Nielsen and she no longer works for the company as a CM nor does Julie Virgin which I also worked through things with. This company is losing all the right people and keeping the wrong ones employed.DON'T ALLOW PHILLIP HATHWAY TO "TREAT" YOUR CHILDREN.Food for thought: When my son was 5 Phillip asked me "Don't you think that is a little much to be asking of a 5 year old?" When I told him that my son is required to put his shoes away and hang up his backpack and lastly put his lunchbox in the kitchen upon arrival to our house from school. His "soft/new age" parenting skills didn't sit with me very well from the get go, and even then, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. There are many discrepancies with our experience with Phillip that I overlooked and I hope others in need of services don't overlook.I have called Tueller 2 times to reach out to his superior, left voicemails and no one has called me back.To wrap this up, if you are looking for parenting classes Philip gives those classes for Tueller. Take off the blindfild and giive him the boot guys.

A neighbor found out I went to tueller counciling and decided to spread gossip about to me. I gotta call from my counselor about these claims. I feel they have violated my privacy as a whole and won't be going there again. Nor recommending them.
