Medical briefcase icon Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient

After completing some form of inpatient care, many clients transition or step down to an outpatient rehab, while some choose to transition from detox directly into outpatient care. High-intensity outpatient programming, including partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) is widely available for clients in early recovery, those leaving detox, and those at an elevated relapse risk. Clients in outpatient care generally engage in robust addiction counseling and recovery education, and some also receive medication assisted treatment (MAT).

inpatient iconInpatient Rehab

Inpatient rehab programs are geared toward clients in early recovery. They also provide intensive support for clients in crisis and those at an increased relapse risk. Clients receive housing and meals while in inpatient care, allowing them to focus solely on their recovery. Most programs prioritize addiction counseling but may draw on various psychotherapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, RBT, trauma therapy, and motivational interviewing. Life skills training and holistic therapies are also common in inpatient care.

aftercare iconAftercare

Rehab aftercare programs are based on a model of continuing care and the premise that recovery is a life-long process requiring ongoing client support. Many rehab aftercare services include outpatient care, but clients often continue to receive support after being discharged from formal treatment. Case managers and care teams typically collaborate with clients to design their long-term care plan, which may include peer coaching, career counseling, and 12 step program induction, among other services.

12-step icon12-Step

12 step programs promote participants' sustained sobriety through rigorous and ongoing peer coaching and personal spiritual growth. Participants routinely attend 12 step meetings, which are available multiple times per day, 365 days per year in most communities. This ensures that those in recovery have prompt access to the structure and support they need when they need it. These programs use spiritual precepts to address the root causes of addiction and encourage compassion, self-awareness, forgiveness, accountability, and acceptance.

heart-hands iconIntervention Services

A drug intervention in Texas may be necessary if your loved one is in denial about a substance use disorder. You can partner with intervention services to plan and execute an effective intervention that educates your loved one about addiction and encourages them to get the treatment they need. Many rehab centers offer intervention specialists who can facilitate the intervention and help with a seamless transition to inpatient rehab for treatment.

medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox

Ridding the body of harmful, addictive substances, also known as detoxification, is usually the first phase of recovery. Those going through medically assisted detox can be administered medications by a team of medical professionals who are on-site 24/7 to provide different types of therapies that help mitigate withdrawal symptoms.

I would give them 0 stars Can anyone tell me why this place exists Can anyone tell me why they pay employees Here It's ridiculous the way they do there so called procedures. First they need too do an evaluation by phone too see if you need the help like Really If you don't need the help you would just drive in. I wonder why is there so many people out there with mental issues, drug issues refuse too ask for help because when they are the most vulnerable there is no help at all, and I was trying too hard too help someone it wasn't for me personally very dissapointing

Edit: lowering to 1 star. Would do 0 if possible. Practically Impossible to get a hold of anyone, ridiculously hard to make an appointment between follow-ups... it shouldn't be this hard to see your doctor.Love hate relationship with this place. We get the help we need for the most part, but FORGET about getting a hold of anyone. Nurses don't answer or call back and if you accidentally miss your appointment, they won't give you your meds and appointments can be weeks or months out. You'd have to go to your PCP or the clinic to get them. It's ridiculous. Not to mention some of the staff have that passive aggressive tone. Hate it...

Mrs. Cuevas & her supervisor Arturo Salazar refused to answer my calls nor my attorney's calls. This is very unprofessional of this people not to return calls . We have been dealing with this issue since September 7, 2023. My attorney has left them messages and they have not replied to his calls & nor his messages. They have refused to fax my attorney my medical records, they said they sent them to a law firm which he doesn't work for, that law firm throws out records that aren't addressed to them and they have no proof they ever sent my records anywhere. How ignorant incompetent can they be to mail out personal records to a law firm which my attorney does not work for. Instead of faxing them to him to the fax # we provided. Goes to show that these people are not smart, they should hire professional personnel that actually care, & do return calls and reply to messages. It's obvious that they are there only for the pay check not to help patients. They still refuse to fax my attorney my medical records. I'm still being ignored every time I call my Case worker Mrs cuevas. I Am by law intitled to my medical records, don't see what the mystery is all about.
