About Transformations Care
Transformations Treatment Center in Delray Beach, Florida, is an addiction and mental health treatment center that was established in 2008. They focus on the whole person, providing holistic treatments alongside evidence based therapies to address your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual self. The treatment program is based on a comprehensive evaluation and qualified therapists continue to monitor your progress throughout your program. You're assigned to a licensed mental health counselor, certified addiction professional, or master level therapist based on your needs.
They offer several outpatient programs based on the intensity of treatment required, including a partial hospitalization program and an intensive outpatient program. They offer specialized services for veterans, and first responders, and a Help for Our Heroes program that centers on providing behavioral and mental health treatment to military personnel and first responders. The therapist can treat co occurring mental health conditions, such as anxiety disorders, depression, post traumatic stress disorder, and process addiction. They also offer medication assisted treatment primarily for when you’re addicted to opioids, including heroin and prescription pain relievers.
Medication assisted treatment (MAT) can be combined with evidence based therapies to address difficult physical symptoms during withdrawal and cravings during ongoing treatment. The holistic therapeutic approaches include adventure therapy, recreation activities, and other experiential services to help you explore negative feelings. Specialty services include eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, neurotherapy, and psychiatric services to fill in the gaps and provide a full spectrum of mental health and substance abuse treatment.
The Alumni Program helps you develop relationships with people who have shared the same experience of recovery and who can provide support as you transition into the community, reducing the occurrence and severity of potential relapse. Alumni nights are hosted each week and you can attend in person or over Zoom.
They accept most major insurance providers and can verify your insurance coverage before treatment begins. They are accredited by The Joint Commission, CARF, the Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration, and the Florida Department of Children and Families Substance Abuse and Mental Health Program.
