Quick to take your money. Then they don't send paperwork to the court. They'll make you waste your time, can't recommend them. Wasted half a day at court.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

Treatments

Many of those suffering from addiction also suffer from mental or emotional illnesses like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, or anxiety disorders. Rehab and other substance abuse facilities treating those with a dual diagnosis or co-occurring disorder administer psychiatric treatment to address the person's mental health issue in addition to drug and alcohol rehabilitation.

Mental health rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from mental illnesses like bipolar disorder, clinical depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, and more. Mental health professionals at these facilities are trained to understand and treat mental health issues, both in individual and group settings.

Teen programs are designed to address the unique pressures teens face, pressures that can drive them to experiment with dangerous, addictive substances. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
child-program thumbnail image
Child Program
The providers who specialize in the children's rehab space understand the specialized needs that this population faces. School-based and social services such as tutoring and family counseling are often central to treatment. Child programs may also address the needs of youth experiencing substance abuse in the home, including a parent's or sibling's addiction.
seniors-program thumbnail image
Seniors Program

Treatment providers who specialize in senior care understand the social, psychological, and physical effects of aging and how they relate to recovery. Military programs are tailored to the specific and often complex needs of active duty personnel, veterans, and military families. Clients often access these programs through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a therapy modality that focuses on the relationship between one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It is used to establish and allow for healthy responses to thoughts and feelings (instead of unhealthy responses, like using drugs or alcohol). CBT has been proven effective for recovering addicts of all kinds, and is used to strengthen a patient's own self-awareness and ability to self-regulate. CBT allows individuals to monitor their own emotional state, become more adept at communicating with others, and manage stress without needing to engage in substance abuse.

Whether a marriage or other committed relationship, an intimate partnership is one of the most important aspects of a person's life. Drug and alcohol addiction affects both members of a couple in deep and meaningful ways, as does rehab and recovery. Couples therapy and other couples-focused treatment programs are significant parts of exploring triggers of addiction, as well as learning how to build healthy patterns to support ongoing sobriety.

I've been to this place for 8 months, never have I had such a rude person on the phone until now. Says she's been there for 4 years but isn't cooperative and trying to gouge money. Very nice people when I started but this chick is a no go. Boooooooooo

My daughter was suffering with depression in February of this year. We were desperately trying to find her some help. Rod reached out to me and was able to get her to a therapist that she absolutely loves. (She had tried several prior)Today my daughter posted on her Instagram how, in February, she was drafting her letter to leave the miserable mental state she was in. She was tired of fighting with herself every day trying to stay here. Here we are in October. She is doing SO good and she has for several months. It's all due to Suncrest Counseling, Rod and her amazing therapist, Laurie. She posted that because of their help and resources, she has happiness in her life and credit's them and people that love her with saving her life.I credit her for doing the work needed to get to where she is.She wants everyone to know that there is hope and happiness to be found.Thank you Rod and Laurie! My daughter is here because of you!

Only trying to get money from you. Not treat or help people. Very bad experience, would recommend any where else before here.

I was extremely skeptical and anxious about getting a counselor. But this facility proved to work very well for me. For the 4 months that I went there, it was all positive experiences. Front desk gals were very nice and easy to talk to. My counselor, Ashley, was a huge support on my mental health. From helping me cope with anxiety to also being someone that will listen, work with me and give me positive feedback. I am amazed at how much I was able to change into a more positive person in the short time I went and be able to live my life with less stress and anxiety.

I wouldn't recommend getting a mental health evaluation done here. I payed for one but never received the results for unknown reasons. There is no refund so I really regret doing this.

My therapist recommended Suncrest s day treatment program. Before I committed to anything, Rod (the owner) set aside time to give me an overview of the program and answer any questions I had. As I started the program, he would check in on me each week and continued to check in periodically throughout the entire course of treatment. I could tell that he genuinely cared and wanted to make sure it was a good fit for me. The program is intense and a lot of hard work, but it was well worth it. I started with the PHP s 20 hours a week, then transitioned down to the IOP at 9 hours a week. I did a few weeks of 3-5 hours and have now completed the program. The program offers a combination of individual and group therapy. I also did neurofeedback (which I found to be most helpful for my OCD symptoms) and craniosacral massage.Paisley and Aimee are both excellent neurofeedback technicians. They make sure you re comfortable and were good advocates for changing the protocols I was on when they didn t seem to be helping. As far as the massage goes, I was initially a bit skeptical about how beneficial it could really be, but it ended up being a tremendous help. I cannot say enough positive things about Lila. She is such a calming presence and really understands how trauma affects the body.Groups vary from psychoeducational to process to art therapy. I feel they were of good quality and offered a range of approaches so it didn t feel repetitive. My favorite group facilitators were Brad Rentfro, Amelia, and Natalie (though everyone was great).I also saw some really incredible individual therapists (both fully licensed and interns special shoutout to Mallory, Jimmy, and Valerie) who helped me work through my trauma and make real progress. Everyone truly cares about you and you have the option to change therapists as your needs change. My partner and I saw Jeanine for couples counseling for a while and she was also a great therapist.I want to give a shoutout to the day treatment coordinator, Naomi, who worked tirelessly to make sure I had a schedule that worked best for me. She listens to your wants and needs and deserves all the praise in the world.I also want to recognize the receptionists, who knew me by name and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Definitely the unsung heroes here.Overall, I give this place a 12/10 and would feel comfortable recommending it to anyone.

The receptionist are never on the same page, one day I can have my service through video call, the next day 30 mins before my appointment I m told I have to come in person or I d be charged cancellation fees. This has happened multiple times, and Don t get me started on the therapist. A therapist asking me to reschedule then she told the receptionist I needed to start meeting with another therapist and I had to be charged a fine. The ladies that teach the DV classes are always assuming everyone in the classes went to jail/ got arrested and it really peeves me off. Find a more professional, and organized office to deal with.
