I had to attend a drug and alcohol education class facilitated by Scott Sims CDC and I was dreading it a bit. I assumed it would be dull and redundant. This class was anything but. This team of people are absolutely amazing. They truly care and and in my experience the best IOP I have participated in. Nobody does it as well as this detox place. They have been there to help me a few times and have never judged or not helped me. I could name several employees that need to be recognized but I will respect their privacy. Waited 6 months to get my teen a team and they promised the world to help him and five months in told me he graduated the program and no longer needed the help. Sadly the truth is they do this have the proper training for Autistic teens.

I seriously urge people to never use this place for their loved ones. I worked here while getting clinical hours for my CNA and I can attest to the HORRIBLE and TOXIC workplace environment especially from management. People leave this place all the time because of how horrible it is. As a CNA, if you are sick or hurt, get ready to deal with people gaslighting you and making you feel overall horrible for even considering the possibility to take care of yourself. There are just so many unprofessional and horrible people who work there. I witnessed neglect take place as well, in one instance there was a resident who was left in their own waste for hours on end because the CNA who was taking care of them had a 16 hour shift that they obviously could not handle. This place needs to either make a serious change in their management or get shut down.

Fatal, a disappointing place, it took up to two months to see a doctor, they asked me to go to the clinic, they would see if he would treat me. After a while, they took me to the office to tell him that they couldn't treat me, lost time, they don't think that many times one has to leave work to try to be attended to so that later they say that they cannot attend and you have to try again to get an appointment so that they can give it to you in two months, what a disgusting service they don't give a damn about your health. I'm going to monitor and talk to the insurance company and if they don't charge you why they also make you sign papers, they seem like unnecessary procedures to me.
