Accepted Insurance

Operation PAR – Medication Services works with several private insurance providers and also accepts private payments when possible, please contact to verify your specific insurance provider.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Financial aid can take many forms. Centers may have grants or scholarships available to clients who meet eligibility requirements. Programs that receive SAMHSA grants may have financial aid available for those who need treatment as well. Grants and scholarships can help you pai for treatment without having to repay.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
inpatient iconInpatient
Clients typically choose inpatient rehab when they are in early recovery or are experiencing a crisis that puts them at an increased risk of relapse. They reside at the treatment center for the length of their program, which may range from two weeks to more than 18 months, depending on the program design. Intensive psychotherapy is often the primary treatment modality, but clients in inpatient care may also receive holistic treatment and recovery-focused life skills training.
intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient
Intensive outpatient programs (IOP) involve frequent and robust therapeutic sessions for clients requiring high-level care. Clients may engage in a combination of medication assisted treatment (MAT), addiction counseling, recovery skills training, and holistic therapies for a minimum of nine and a maximum of 20 hours per week. Intensive outpatient rehab is designed primarily for persons in early recovery, those exiting detox or inpatient care, and those at an elevated relapse risk.
heart-hands iconIntervention Services
If a person with a substance use disorder continually denies their problem or refuses to get treatment, a drug intervention in Florida may be necessary. Intervention services can help mediate the intervention by providing an addiction expert. This professional can de-escalate situations and facilitate a healthier discussion between the individual and their loved ones. Specialists can also help families handle issues they don't know how to navigate on their own.
medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox
Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Drug rehab in Florida provides quality treatment to help individuals overcome dependency related to a wide range of addictive substances. Programs address both the physical and mental aspects of addiction in order to help you make a full recovery.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Program For Men
Men face specific challenges and concerns when seeking addiction treatment. Gender-specific recovery programs help them tackle these issues head-on in an environment that's focused, targeted, and distraction-free. It also gives them the opportunity to connect with and learn from other men who have been through a similar journey and can offer support for the next step.

Program For Women
Rehabs for women provide a safe, nurturing space for female clients to heal. These treatment programs consider the specific obstacles that women can face during recovery and place a special emphasis on mental, social, physical, and reproductive health. They explore how each woman's experience has shaped the trajectory of their substance use, addressing issues such as sexual abuse and past trauma.
seniors-program thumbnail image
Seniors Program
Nearly one million adults age 65 and older live with a substance use disorder. Treatment providers who specialize in senior care understand the social, psychological, and physical effects of aging and how they relate to recovery. They can help clients address particular challenges and risks they may face as they get older such as overdosing and medication interactions and dependencies.

Clinical Services

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

Recreational therapy helps you recover from addiction by giving you structured activities that promote your physical health and mental well being. These activities could range from sports and fitness to creative arts and provide a constructive outlet for your emotions and stress.

Types of creative arts therapy in Florida include playing music, writing poetry, journaling, dancing, painting, and sculpting. These expressive activities can help you process emotions and work through challenges with the guidance of a creative arts therapist.

If you are coming off opiates do not go here. They do not give you anything to make you feel comfortable/take the ease away. I had to find out through another client that you have to beg your counselor in order to get a dose of methadone or suboxone. There s NO doctor that I saw the whole time I was there just a nurse practitioner. I came in with nose spray because I need it to breathe out of my nose due to my deviated septum they took it and would only let me use it every 12 hours. They originally told me I couldn t use it at all because they didn t know if I put drugs in it. Get real, I m here to get OFF drugs. That s why I got discharged because I asked to use my nose spray after asking for a nurse for 2+ hours and I finally snapped. The nurses are NEVER at the nurse station when you need them. You can t wear tank tops (girls and guys). The only positive was that the food was good, you can smoke and the techs are cool and seem like the only ones that do their jobs. Just trust me if you re coming off any opiates don t go here.

This place is disgusting, very dirty, the walls the floor the BATHROOM. They have a double standard for how they treat people. For instance one person can have an overdose right out front and continue dosing their daily no problem another person can have Medicaid and be told after 5 months of it not being paid that now they need to pay out of pocket all of a sudden or be dosed out at 10 mg a day. You have to bring your medication in to be counted if you take any other substances and Alex has a problem with when you bring it in it has to be the exact right moment for some people. I used to bring it in at the beginning of the month that was a problem the end of the month that was a problem I saw just several people who bringing their medication at the very beginning of every month and never had the issues I had they literally started dosing me out of the program because I refuse to bring in my medication every single week so that I could be hassled by the druggies in the parking lot when they see me at that window. I'm so glad I switched clinics.

When someone calls you to find out if you got their paperwork because they ve already had an intake interview and we re doing what they were asked to do, make sure that when you finish the call the phone actually hangs up before you call a person who needs help a B1tch. Very unprofessional, I hope the doctors and nurses and staff that the patients deal with on a daily basis are better then you who just answered the phone and tried to get information that s already in the system because I ve been calling everyday. Also don t tell people you re going to call them back in an hour or two but actually take 5 days to do so. I m not even in there yet and because of one person who just answered the phone I really don t want to go, no wonder people don t want to get help. Carla is awesome, I met her during my first intake visit and she helped calm me down as I was having a panic attack, so lots of props to you Carla. But the lady who answered the phone today who didn t answer my question but expected me to answer hers, you need to go back an relearn customer service skills, kindness, and compassion. Oh, and stop calling people names who need help or at least make sure the phone hangs up first. I now know you and the 1st lady I talked to today are one in the same. Once I finally get in, if they actually let me in after this review, I may update it with a better review except for the lady I talked to this morning, that will stay the same. so far its staying at 1 star because I cant give it 0 stars. They said they called me yesterday and left a message saying they had abed for me and gave me the time they called. Funny thing is, is that my phone never rang and it shows no voice mail. So not only do they take forever to call you, now they lie about calling you.
