I always choose to go to the New River DEERS location despite others being closer. Everyone in the office goes out of their way to help me and my family out any time we have an issue. I can often get appointments same day and never wait more than 5 mins in the waiting area. I feel like it s been rare to find professional, compassionate, and efficient workers at ID card offices my whole life, but I am always impressed by New River s staff.

I absolutely adore my therapist Nicole. From the get go, she made me feel comfortable and heard. I would recommended her to anyone that needs a safe place to talk.As for the other reviews about this place - I ve heard the front desk workers on the phone and in office with patients often. They are kind, caring, and try their best. A lot of the patients are rude, demanding, and don t take no for an answer. I understand that they sometimes need to be abrupt and firm to get their answer across. Be kind to them and they ll go out of their way to help you.

I love, love and love the team at Spero Health! Life Changing in all of the best of ways. They know you by name, your needs and goals. The Director, Nurse/Scheduler, Community Coordinator, Doctor and Therapist are all great. I have been able to manage my recovery stress free. They provide daily check-ins and you feel the care. If there are any questions I have outside of the rim of services provided, the information and directions are given to you.
