It was a place to get methodone. But I had been there for at least 3 months before my counselor even ask me what my goals were. Then when we spoke about them, there was no follow up. Disappointed would be putting it mildly.

One thing that stands out to me is they offer treatment referrals. Recovery is a different experience for everyone. And outpatient care may not be appropriate for you, depending on where you are in recovery. I think it’s great that they help you find the care you need to succeed in your journey.

This place has had its fair share of up-and-down in the last 10 years. But what I can say, is this, There is a counselor named Keith if you were a seasoned addict and you need genuine counselor, I want you to request Keith. This man has been in my life for 10 years, and as I came back-and-forth between clinics, he always became my counselor again. Never judgmental, Always always rational and you can t help but to put a smile on your face when you re around him his aura, It is purple. And I m telling you right now he is a blessing to this place. The program director is also a counselor that has been there for a while and moved her way up. She is also fair and a sweetheart tells me to have a good morning every day. The financial person that does insurance she will work with you as long as you are doing for yourself and trying to make a better way for yourself they will help you. Outpatient Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
Inpatient Clients who have just completed detox, those who are in crisis, and those with a history of relapse often require treatment in an inpatient rehab. These facilities provide high-level supervision, structure, and support, allowing clients to focus on their recovery away from their addiction triggers. Most inpatient treatment programs center upon various forms of psychotherapy, including CBT, DBT, RBT, and motivational interviewing. Clients may also receive recovery-focused life skills training and evidence-based holistic therapies, such as massage.
Aftercare Support Clients engaged in a rehab aftercare program are in a more advanced stage of recovery. Many have already completed inpatient detox and/or rehab and have returned to their home, workplace, and community. Rehab aftercare services are designed to support clients' recovery over the long term and typically include a broad portfolio of resources, such as peer coaching and 12 step program induction. Clients may collaborate with their case manager and care team to create their care plan.

Treatments

For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.
In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.
