Seriously don't even waste your time with this clinic! Find a better Dr. office! I'm an MA and work in a clinic and never have I seen such a gross level of incompantce They won't return phone calls in a timely manner, tranafer you to voicemail, they loose faxes, and don't prioritize patient care. I have showed up to appts on-time or early only waiti 45 mins for my apt and also I have been waiting on a referral for 4 months. Autumn is beyond clueless and has absolutely no clue what she's doing. I could go on and on about how this is hands down one of the worst clinics I have ever experienced in both my professional and personal life.

The absolute worst clinic ever! I have an 11 yr old struggling with mental health, ADHD and simply asked for a letter for the school nurse to give my daughter her 2nd dose of ADHD medication while in school. I m going back to Chas!! This clinic is a joke, always on hold when you call, a lot of run around for absolutely no reason. This clinic is a disaster. They handle patients like cattle! We are just money to them. They don t care. Stay away from this clinic!

Accepted Insurance

The NATIVE Project works with several private insurance providers and also accepts private payments when possible, please contact to verify your specific insurance provider.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Financial aid can take many forms. Centers may have grants or scholarships available to clients who meet eligibility requirements. Programs that receive SAMHSA grants may have financial aid available for those who need treatment as well. Grants and scholarships can help you pai for treatment without having to repay.

Sliding scale payments are based on a client's income and family size. The goal is to make treatment affordable to everyone. By taking these factors into account, addiction recovery care providers help ensure that your treatment does not become a financial burden to you or your family, eliminating one barrier to care.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs.

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Effective drug rehab in Washington integrates care for the whole person, offering comprehensive solutions to addiction. Treatment methods address mental, physical, and relational aspects of substance abuse.

Many of those suffering from addiction also suffer from mental or emotional illnesses like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, or anxiety disorders. Rehab and other substance abuse facilities treating those with a dual diagnosis or co-occurring disorder administer psychiatric treatment to address the person's mental health issue in addition to drug and alcohol rehabilitation.

A combined mental health and substance abuse rehab has the staff and resources available to handle individuals with both mental health and substance abuse issues. It can be challenging to determine where a specific symptom stems from (a mental health issue or an issue related to substance abuse), so mental health and substance abuse professionals are helpful in detangling symptoms and keeping treatment on track.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Programs

Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

Individual therapy sessions for drug and alcohol addiction treatment emphasize the importance of personalized care. Your therapist works with you to understand your unique life experiences and develop effective coping mechanisms to address your underlying issues. This comprehensive approach to recovery is the foundation of drug rehab.

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

Life skills training in Washington involves relearning how to manage daily living. It boosts your abilities and confidence so you can overcome challenges both big and small, without returning to substance use.

I had an appointment, and I couldn t remember nor find the info for what time it started. I called them around 12, and the lady on the phone said everyone was at lunch, and to call after 1. So I did. And they told me my appointment had been for 1, and that I had missed it. I then had to bite the bullet for missing my appointment; I have a decaying tooth in my mouth with an abscess, and they rescheduled me a month out from the missed appointment. I m not saying I m innocent in this situation, if I had not lost my info for the appointment than I never would have had to rely on their incompetence as well. I am saying that this was a bad experience, and I will never forget what they did to me :)

I'm so thankful we found the Native Project. We've used their medical clinic, behavioral health counseling, dentist, and now even the pharmacy. Everyone is very empathetic and helpful. They've always been flexible and accommodating with scheduling and they've been very good with communication. I feel like my sons are valued as individuals there.

So just walked out of the native Project my friend and I trying to get a walk in appointment as well as trying to I m establish primary care at the native Project, we walk in and are treated as if we re criminals right off the back and told to fill out one identification sticker and then we go up to the counter and I basically told to go sit down. Then by the time we get called up to the counter, incomes another patient who is bawling her eyes out is an elderly patient freaking out did not ask if she was OK if she needed anything and it was asked to wait in the waiting room. My friend was asked to come to the back to fill out enrollment or some kind of paperwork went back to the back was gone for about three minutes came back out nonchalantly and thenA couple minutes later another woman comes out from the back office and tells my friend that he s refusing to leave that he s been asked to leave right and my friend is like what is so confused. This was the most awkward uncomfortable and confusing experience I ve ever had at a clinic, my friend is so confused as to what had just happened in there and suggest that cameras should be installed in the back offices for patient and employees safety for he feels he could have been severely hurt for no reason, or made to look as if he did something he did not do or as if he was lying.
