Dropped off a delivery and they had Rebar poking up out of the parking curb and ripped off my bumper and broke it. Not safe and I bet I'm not the only one who has done it.That's not acceptable. I can't even drive my car or do my job right now

This one is located in my actual living building and I don't understand what's wrong with them they don't really seem to do much for their patients they have incorrect signage they don't care about the quality of anyone else's life like myself and non-smoker they have the wrong signs and they're leading the way if that's leading the way then the way needs to be changed to another direction it's absolutely insane it really is I don't know what the purposes of this concept of them having something in there other than where people living in this building walk over there and get a little medication treat everyday or whatever is going on I have no idea speechless on it I really am it's absolutely hideous and I'm sorry to say that because these companies do a lot of great things for people and people need their support so a lifeline a csnw Columbia river that runs everything they are all conscious and apart of our process to become better to become more sufficient to become more stable and here the ones that work in the office buildings below where we live are just an absolute joke and I'm sorry I'm going to call it as it is the truth it's an absolute joke with they allowed to happen they look the other way they collect their check and they go home good for them well the rest of us suffer too bad right?

Jeff, It appears that Lifeline Connections is unable to meet your expectations. Lifeline Connections staff are committed to meeting patients where they are and doing their best to help them identify their goals and meet their goals. Meriwether Place is a mixed use facility owned by Clark County with many service entities. We have heard your comments and will bring forward at the next tenants meeting with the goal of working toward resolution regarding smoking. There is likely no quick resolution but we are committed to starting the conversation with the other tenant representatives.

Accepted Insurance

Lifeline Connections – Meriwether Place Office works with several private insurance providers and also accepts private payments when possible, please contact to verify your specific insurance provider.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

Treatments

A combined mental health and substance abuse rehab has the staff and resources available to handle individuals with both mental health and substance abuse issues. It can be challenging to determine where a specific symptom stems from (a mental health issue or an issue related to substance abuse), so mental health and substance abuse professionals are helpful in detangling symptoms and keeping treatment on track.

Clinical Services

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

Accreditations

The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) is a non-profit organization that specifically accredits rehab organizations. Founded in 1966, CARF's, mission is to help service providers like rehab facilities maintain high standards of care.

CARF Accreditation: Yes
