I had my first experience and intake with Kimberlee and Shannon and Jewel the horse. It was great. Jewel was in a pasture/barn she hasn't been in before so she was a little distracted by the new dry grass to eat but it's ok. I get it and it's not Jewels fault and it was the intake session. I still got to interact with her and Kimberlee and Shannon were fantastic. I already have a psychologist I see monthly since my TBI, but this is different with the horses and a new therapist and I don't mind adding tools to my toolbox to help me be my beat self and I grew up around horse and had one as a kid so this is great for me!I appreciate Kimberlee and Shannon's experience and I loved learning that Shannon get me as she too is a TBI survivor so that felt good and right, made Forward Stride feel like that much better of an experience. I had a solid experience at HBF. Not having air conditioning in my room for three weeks was not good, but the programs were.My IOP classes, very good once Tim Craley returned from vacation. He is a talent. Very engaged, did not shortcut anything and made sure all participated. I really got a lot out of that experience. Tim is a special person. All in all, I am really glad I went. Currently 70 plus days sober with a lot of positive momentum.

There is nothing negative I can say about this place. There are always going to be bad reviews and good reviews. Most bad reviews are probably exacerbated in this kind of environment. These environments are extremely difficult to work in from a councilors perspective. From a patients perspective not only at this center but multiple others unfortunately. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have worked with multiple employees and for the most part. I can't complain about anything. I have been fortunate enough to be assigned to work with one of the best councilors. I don't usually name drop named but Carrie A is a God sent. I have worked with various counselors. However as far as acknowledging, caring, understand, providing resources, validating, relating, ECT... ECT... ECT... It has been nothing but a huge blessing to have someone like Carrie in my recovery corner. My recovery path hasn't been easy and I'm still working on things. Im still climbing the uphill path to recovery. I still have a way ahead of me. However I'm not falling as much. I'm now learning to rest and keep going. I didn't get here overnight. This has been a lot my time coming for me since I was about twelve years old when I started in my addiction. Now after being in the worst situation I have ever been in since I started. I'm finally in a better place and on track with the right direction then I have ever been. Especially with ith the ongoing support and direction.I haven't reached all of my goals but as far as so sobriety goes. It's night and day. Yes I'm putting the work in. However when you have someone who back you up and hasn't given up on you because of the holistic understand and experience In addition and mental health that correlates with it. Means more then anyone who just only has an education. not to say a education doesn't matter. However with only an education. I can only say based off my experience only a small percentage are able to stay in these jobs and are able to relate and help others so long and successfully. In this environment the ones who have the experience, maintain soberity, and are willing to help others succeed. In my book are valued as having at least a bachelors degree in this field. The ones who have the experience, maintain soberity, and are willing to help others succeed, with a bachelors are valued as having a masters in this field. A doctorate is rare and if so being able to relate with one might be a little disconnected. These are just my options.Anyway thank you another chance and a huge thank you to Carrie A.Matthew

They've been so helpful for a very long time, it's a shame that they're being overrun by a crowd of problematic people, because I can't always be safe in the waiting room without some sort of drama, some of which is dangerous, I have even caught strep from this waiting room. When outside, there's people sitting on the ground and blocking the way, also panhandlers, you can't sit in the car with the window down without being asked for stuff repeatedly. The road up to it isn't much better, the same people are ruining the garbage cans and are throwing glass on the ground, which is actually really bad for my wheelchair. The service I've received here is absolutely fantastic, but people aren't treating the service with a lot of respect, so I'm afraid that it'll go away.

Beaverton is the 114th most expensive city nationwide for addiction treatment affordability, with an average cost of addiction treatment of $58098. This is comparable to the average cost of $58894 for addiction treatment in Oregon and comparable to the national average cost for drug rehab of $57,193.

The costs of drug and alcohol rehab in Beaverton vary widely and depend on several factors, including:

Comparing the Cost of Rehab in Beaverton

The costs of addiction treatment listed for cities and states are averages based on the cost of medical detox, inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab, and medication assisted treatment. These averages are high due to the cost of medical detoxification and residential inpatient rehab programs.

These numbers also reflect the raw cost of drug rehab, before any insurance coverage. The typical individual seeking addiction treatment can expect to pay much less for outpatient or intensive outpatient services than the averages listed below.
