If you're looking for addiction therapy at all, avoid. There is ZERO attention paid to this, not a single thought paid to it.. Even certificates issued for time spent is labeled "biblical studies". Incredibly recklessIf you're looking for a Bible being slapped across the face literally 24-7, this is for you.Incredibly petty rules, people being brought in that they are unequipped to handle. It's a mess.Waste of time for sure.Food is great tho.

Always pursue the help you need, but if you need more than just getting clean, if you need hope and restoration and opportunity on the other side of your sobriety, this place offers you the best structure for sustained success. Getting off the sand and placing your feet on solid rock.

Accepted Insurance

Life Challenge Ministries works with several private insurance providers and also accepts private payments when possible, please contact to verify your specific insurance provider.

Other Forms of Payment

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Financial aid can take many forms. Centers may have grants or scholarships available to clients who meet eligibility requirements. Programs that receive SAMHSA grants may have financial aid available for those who need treatment as well. Grants and scholarships can help you pai for treatment without having to repay.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
inpatient iconInpatient
Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.
12-step icon12-Step
12 step programs are typically community-based and peer-led, though many rehabs base their treatment models on this approach. Participants engage in regular 12 step meetings, which are anonymous, free, and accessible multiple times a day, 365 days a year in most communities. Participants are also mentored by self-selected sponsors who support them as they work through the 12 steps of recovery, which include addressing the causes of the disease, taking personal responsibility, and relinquishing control.

They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

It also gives them the opportunity to connect with and learn from other men who have been through a similar journey and can offer support for the next step.

Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Cognitive behavioral therapy in Michigan helps participants view challenges more clearly so they can respond to them in healthy ways. During a limited number of structured sessions, clients learn about and practice these changes to effectively address substance use and mental health disorders.

Group therapy sessions in Michigan allow you to share responsibility with your peers in a group setting. This fosters a collective commitment to achieve sobriety and learn coping skills that are essential to improving your relationships and reducing your stress levels.

Personalized therapy sessions for drug addiction emphasize understanding your background and behavioral triggers for substance use. Your therapist will collaborate with you to create an effective coping strategy and address underlying issues that clear the way for lasting change.

During trauma therapy in Michigan, you are guided through traumatic memories within a safe and supportive environment. Your therapist then provides you with tools to process traumatic events and reduce the symptoms that occur when you're exposed to a trigger. This improves your overall mental health and ability to function in the community.

Both internal and external factors can put stress on a relationship. Couples therapy helps you and your partner work through those stressors and find healthy ways to deal with challenges as they arise.

Family therapy is often recommended for family units with a member undergoing drug or alcohol rehabilitation. Family therapy helps to foster communication and conflict resolution that creates a supportive environment. This helps the loved one who is struggling with addiction.

To maintain a healthy and productive life, you need certain life skills. They help you make good decisions and build good relationships. Because they are key to long term recovery, most rehab programs in Michigan include integrated life skills training.

Recreational therapy helps to build healthy habits and discover new interests that can reduce your cravings and your exposure to alcohol and drug triggers. Activities may include physical fitness, gardening, group games, and team sports. These promote relaxation, improve your mood, and encourage social interaction. Each of these is crucial to sustain long term recovery.

I called And was reaching out for Help and Hope. During my Interview Call In the beginning I felt as if they cared and was concerned and wanted to Help me seek recovery sobriety and a strong relationship with Christ. But as the interview progressed They made me feel hopeless and that My addiction and The mental side affects were too much for them to accept me and that I was NOT worth SAVING. I choose this rehab facility because I know in my heart that Gods bigger then this so called disease And GOD himself thru prayer and pain directed me to this certain facility.. Its just too bad that just by a simple conversation with Admissions made me doubt that. Made me doubt Gods love for Me. Im sorry to have bothered you Life Challenge.
