I was 11 when I came, they were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, I wanted to get my friend a personal hygiene product and one of the mentors remember my name out of spite, I had a breakdown because they weren t taking care of me properly, what did they do? Send me to a blue room, I was banging and crying at the door, had to pee but no one would answer, after they finally let me out I was told, the people who put me in there was off their shift and no one knew I was there.

READ THIS If I could put a lower rating I would. I was 12 or 13 when I went to Cypress Grove and the best way I can describe it is ghetto, unprofessional, nasty, and honestly scary. There was excessive dirt EVERYWHERE, disturbing things carved into walls, my sink AND toilet did not work and there was no toilet paper, I did not get the proper essentials they re supposed to provide like a comb/brush, a toothbrush, toothpaste, feminine hygiene products, and I had personal items they locked up stolen from me. Staff would hover over you during timed phone calls. The staff were very loud and explicit. I was hit by a male staff because I simply asked for water, keep in mind men were not supposed to be in the girls section. For dinner most of the time they gave us 2 pieces of bread (they told a few of the girls to pinch off the moldy part), 1 slice of ham that smelled weird and a mustard packet. The showers were timed and we only had 5 minutes. The whole girls unit had 1 shower without a curtain and the door had to stay open, while the door was open there was at least 1 staff member who watched you and if you took longer than 5 minutes they would MAKE you get out. There was a huge bottle of soap we all used and the label was ripped off but I m almost positive it was dish soap, we could only get about a tablespoon of the soap for our hair and body. I was there for over a week and I saw a therapist 2 times for roughly 20 minutes. When it was bedtime staff would sit outside your door with their phone blasting, laughing, talking, just being disrespectful. Honesty I don t know how to describe the staff any other way then ghetto. If someone is struggling mentally enough to be sent to a mental hospital then why put them in an environment that will just stress them out even more?

Accepted Insurance

Liberty Healthcare Systems works with several private insurance providers and also accepts private payments when possible, please contact to verify your specific insurance provider.

Other Forms of Payment

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Financial aid can take many forms. Centers may have grants or scholarships available to clients who meet eligibility requirements. Programs that receive SAMHSA grants may have financial aid available for those who need treatment as well. Grants and scholarships can help you pai for treatment without having to repay.

Military members, veterans, and eligible dependents have access to specific insurance programs that help them get the care they need. TRICARE and VA insurance can help you access low cost or no cost addiction and mental health treatment. Programs that accept military insurance often have targeted treatment focused on the unique challenges military members, veterans, and their families face.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

inpatient iconInpatient
Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.

Treatments

Mental health rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from mental illnesses like bipolar disorder, clinical depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, and more. Mental health professionals at these facilities are trained to understand and treat mental health issues, both in individual and group settings.

Programs

teen-program thumbnail image
Teen Program
Teen programs are designed to address the unique pressures teens face, pressures that can drive them to experiment with dangerous, addictive substances. They need programs that meet them exactly where they are and give them tools for long-term recovery. Therapy can help teenagers understand and work through underlying issues so they can reclaim the life ahead of them.
child-program thumbnail image
Child Program
The providers who specialize in the children's rehab space understand the specialized needs that this population faces. School-based and social services such as tutoring and family counseling are often central to treatment. Child programs may also address the needs of youth experiencing substance abuse in the home, including a parent's or sibling's addiction.

Clinical Services

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a therapy modality that focuses on the relationship between one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It is used to establish and allow for healthy responses to thoughts and feelings (instead of unhealthy responses, like using drugs or alcohol). CBT has been proven effective for recovering addicts of all kinds, and is used to strengthen a patient's own self-awareness and ability to self-regulate. CBT allows individuals to monitor their own emotional state, become more adept at communicating with others, and manage stress without needing to engage in substance abuse.

Whether a marriage or other committed relationship, an intimate partnership is one of the most important aspects of a person's life. Drug and alcohol addiction affects both members of a couple in deep and meaningful ways, as does rehab and recovery. Couples therapy and other couples-focused treatment programs are significant parts of exploring triggers of addiction, as well as learning how to build healthy patterns to support ongoing sobriety.

Experiential therapy is a form of therapy in which clients are encouraged to surface and work through subconscious issues by engaging in real-time experiences. Experiential therapy departs from traditional talk therapy by involving the body, and having clients engage in activities, movements, and physical and emotional expression. This can involve role-play or using props (which can include other people). Experiential therapy can help people process trauma, memories, and emotion quickly, deeply, and in a lasting fashion, leading to substantial and impactful healing.

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

This place was one of the cruelest places I have ever been too. We never got any sense of help but instead were treated as though our lives and issues didn't matter. I wouldn't recommend this place. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN.

I recently was here from march 26 - may 08 2024 . The STAFF had no training in how to do most things correctly. They don t know how to really treat kids with special needs. They are very very rude . I ve wanted to file a complaint since I got there. They hit on others kids and everything. There were so many girls for placement that have been suffering with this for months . It s a MENTAL FACILITY everyone s gonna have problems . The staff would Js handle it by talking about the kids or something. They talked about me the whole time I was there n it really made me feel more down on myself. not to mention they have bed bugs and roaches everywhere. Including spiders. I woke up to a roach in my shower bucket once and had to get a new everything. This hospital isn t sanitary or safe for anyone s kids. Please don t allow your kids to go here! Not to mention the staff will get so mad when they get called out about the wrongs they re doing .. I remember I reported something about the staff to their supervisor and someone listened in ! They were so mad at me for speaking my truth and telling they re supervisor everything that they were doing. I m so glad someone bought this place out. I hope it changed for the better

In the gym there is glass on the floor and a patient was going to stab another patient with the glass this could have ended badly. All the techs treat you bad and will cuss you out any chance they get. The techs make fun of the kids I over heard one of them say one of the patients there is fat and retarded. 2 of the techs showed lewd videos of women on his phone to multiple patients and proceeded to go on a website and show us more. When there was a fight a tech started laughing at the kid getting beat up and was making fun of him whatever you do please don t send your kid to this facility it is by far the worst in this state

------PARENTS PLEASE DON'T ALLOW YOUR CHILDREN TO BE SENT HERE---------I went here when I was 17, I am now 20, and it is up there with some of the worst experiences of my life, and I've been through some pretty bad things. The place was incredibly unsanitary, the staff is incredibly unprofessional. I was in the male ward. The staff was far beyond unprofessional, The male tec staff was aggressive and violent, and made sure to let every boy know that they were working there for community service. I distinctly remember a child who was mentally disabled to the point he needed constant assistance, and the tec staff would beat and throw this poor boy around. The place was unclean to the point it was unhealthy, bug infestations, black mold, all that. I never saw a therapist, I never got to contact my family, I was not given any information about release dates or anything. My phone was damaged when I got it back.I don't think the doctors know what they are doing, My attempt was an attempted OD on xanax, The doctor then prescribed me a higher dosage for "anxiety" which I don't think is a very good idea.

WARNING: DO NOT SEND CHILDREN HEREIf I could give zero stars I would. I am mortified to see this place hasn t changed at all even with new management and now they re going to open a NEW location?! Disgusting. I still suffer ptsd from the treatment here when I was 17 and haven t been able to get the state department of health to inspect it because it was too long ago. Please shut this hell hole down. I read some of these reviews to their head office over the phone and said I was concerned and her response was I can t control what people wrote on reviews
