I m so completely happy with the attention I received from the labor and delivery nurses and doctors at this hospital.I was there for 5 days for my induction and every moment I felt cared for and was treated so special.I specifically want to mention my nurses who I believe are truly the backbone of this hospital, my nurses Ani, Jamie, and Trish, you guys were so kind and helpful and informative and I felt like I was being cared for by my own family whenever you guys entered my room.Thank you for making me feel safe and for the care you guys gave me before, during, and especially after my unplanned c-section.And to my amazing doctor, Dr. Pierre, thank you for being with me from start to finish of my entire pregnancy and for going in on your day off to perform the c section.I cannot recommend this place enough if you re having a baby and will tell everyone I know who is pregnant or is planning to be pregnant to come here.

This place is terrible. They put you in a room without a button to be able to call the nurses so you have to scream for them to come into the room on top of that. They close the glass door and the screen so how are you supposed to get your nurses attention? Then they get bothered if you re screaming How do I ask to go to the bathroom with a button?

not pleasant i had to get my own wheelchair for my son he is with severe stomach pain and he is slouching in a chair this place is also old looking definitely not professional feel here at all at least in the Triage area . i would never come back .

Absolutely not a good place to go, it took 11 people to help one man as they wanted nothing to do after leaving him alone. They then CENSORED THE COMMENT ABOUT IT. They will milk your insurance dry and delay on every account NEVER GOING BACK i would give zero stars and 5 scars about outside of a few people

I ve had to visit Jackson South Medical Center s trauma unit multiple times due to ill family members. Each time, the staff has been incredibly empathetic and attentive, offering compassionate care that really makes a difference. The facility is consistently clean, which is very reassuring during difficult visits.

I am extremely satisfied with the Breastfeeding class I attended today with Celina Gonzalez. She has been an angel for me, my baby is 5 days old and I had a lot of doubts regarding Breastfeeding, she explained everything in detail with great patience, taught me new techniques and cleared up all my doubts.I would definitely recommend that any pregnant woman or woman who has just had a baby attend these classes.If you are a woman with a newborn, do not hesitate to take a breastfeeding class with her. And attend support groups. They really are very helpful and there should be more advertising and promotion about these classes for all moms.With my first child I couldn't give him breast milk due to misinformation and now I feel happy to have found a class like this. I will definitely attend the support groups.Thank you Jackson for offering these breastfeeding classes. Thank you Celina for your immense help!! I have been in the emergency room for 6 hours with blood loss. More than 4 hours ago they did an ultrasound and tests and more than 4 hours for the doctor to tell me that I want to do a urine test to see if I really have an infection, which is like What's more, they don't take the tool out of my hand until the doctor does the discharge papers. I'm going for 6 hours and we'll see if I have to wait for the discharge papers.
