Outpatien

intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient

Intensive outpatient programs provide an intermediate level of care, often supporting clients' transition from inpatient rehab to outpatient treatment. Most IOP programs require a minimum of nine therapeutic hours weekly, but clients may receive up to 20 hours of care, with the intensity and frequency of care declining as clients grow stronger in their sobriety. Intensive outpatient treatment generally combines addiction counseling, recovery education, holistic therapies, and, for some, medication assisted treatment (MAT).

aftercare iconAftercare

Rehab aftercare programs offer continuing care for clients in the maintenance phase of recovery and are designed to evolve over time. Outpatient treatment is generally categorized as drug rehab aftercare, but many clients continue to receive services after being discharged from formal care. These services are customized to clients' unique recovery goals, but typically include medical, mental health, and social services. Clients' case manager and recovery team play a key role in developing the client's care plan.

heart-hands iconIntervention Services

A drug intervention in Missouri is a planned meeting between a person struggling with addiction and their close friends and family members. The goal of the intervention is to motivate the individual to seek treatment. To be successful, an intervention requires careful planning which may involve intervention services from an intervention specialist. Theyl can be certified by the Association of Intervention Specialists, or they may have other expertise that qualifies them for this role.

Mental health professionals at these facilities are trained to understand and treat mental health issues, both in individual and group settings.

inpatient-file iconCognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a therapy modality that focuses on the relationship between one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It is used to establish and allow for healthy responses to thoughts and feelings (instead of unhealthy responses, like using drugs or alcohol). CBT has been proven effective for recovering addicts of all kinds, and is used to strengthen a patient's own self-awareness and ability to self-regulate. CBT allows individuals to monitor their own emotional state, become more adept at communicating with others, and manage stress without needing to engage in substance abuse.

dialectical iconDialectical Behavior Therapy

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a modified form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a treatment designed to help people understand and ultimately affect the relationship between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. DBT is often used for individuals who struggle with self-harm behaviors, such as self-mutilation (cutting) and suicidal thoughts, urges, or attempts. It has been proven clinically effective for those who struggle with out-of-control emotions and mental health illnesses like Borderline Personality Disorder.

intervention iconGroup Therapy

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

mental-health iconIndividual Therapy

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

desert iconMotivational Interviewing

Motivational interviewing is a short term method often used during drug rehab in Missouri. It typically lasts one or two sessions, with the goal of facilitating conversation about change. The client should leave the sessions feeling more decisive and secure in their ability to make the changes they desire in their life.

house-medical iconTrauma Therapy

Trauma therapy addresses traumatic incidents from a client's past that are likely affecting their present-day experience. Trauma is often one of the primary triggers and potential causes of addiction, and can stem from child sexual abuse, domestic violence, having a parent with a mental illness, losing one or both parents at a young age, teenage or adult sexual assault, or any number of other factors. The purpose of trauma therapy is to allow a patient to process trauma and move through and past it, with the help of trained and compassionate mental health professionals.

couples-therapy iconCouples Therapy

Whether a marriage or other committed relationship, an intimate partnership is one of the most important aspects of a person's life. Drug and alcohol addiction affects both members of a couple in deep and meaningful ways, as does rehab and recovery. Couples therapy and other couples-focused treatment programs are significant parts of exploring triggers of addiction, as well as learning how to build healthy patterns to support ongoing sobriety.

family iconFamily Therapy

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

life-skills iconLife Skills

Life skills give you the ability to maintain healthy relationships, complete day to day tasks, and cope with challenges. Because substance use disorder often diminishes these skills, rehab in Missouri includes integrated life skills training to rebuild and reinforce these abilities.

There s a reason for the high turnover. Awful company. My wife was paid incorrectly every pay period for like two months straight. Now she finally left and wouldn t you know didn t get her last paycheck.. at all. They may have a generic response at some point saying they care about their employees but can assure you, they don t, like at all.

Worse place ever to work. No support from management and lack of training and team building. Would not recommend if you want to grow in this field and want to move up in a company. This place will be closed soon.

If great circle is involved in your life be prepared for dishonest and scandalous workers. They are liar's and will try and sabatoge you all along the way. One worker was constantly hitting on my son and flirting with him. She was a disgusting person. Shame on them all. Gifts I left for the child they never received. Unbelievable how corrupt they are along with the DHS.

First off, my child has been to several facilities so I have a good understanding of how facilities operate and for the most part they are the same across the board. I am currently trying to figure out how to file a proper grievance but ironically the handbook does not have that openly stated. If you need help for your child DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. we were backed in a corner and couldn't find anywhere else with an opening so we had to place ours here. But I was not expecting the lack of communication, the complete disregard of issues we raised, the refusal or even lack of knowledge to answer simple questions about our child. Upon further investigation it was found that there was little to no documentation on my child's case there. We had our first visit in person with her after she had been there 5 months and her weight loss was a shock! No one noted weight loss to us. No one could tell us why she had to have physical restraints.....no documentation of the incidents. You call, email, call, email....to get partial or generic answers or no response at all. I requested personal conversations with her therapist as did our case manager here at home where she received care and she wouldn't even respond to either of us wanting to have a conversation with her. Family therapy was more of a chat and catch up time. Our child was placed there foe violent and very concerning issues but it was ok talked about if we raised it . Our case manager at the facility never knew much and never had any details of her progress or lack of progress. There was never thorough conversations with us on her treatment plan, her goals,, or what is being worked on to ensure she would be safe coming back home. This place truly needs to be shut down and reevaluated because these kids are not getting helped they are just getting meds and babysat.

Hilarious noticeable trend in the reviews:- Parents=Disgusted and completely disappointed.- Employees= "Great company that cares"Hint Hint: Employee reviews are pointless. Of course they're gonna say great things about the company and purple that signs their checks.

Great Circle has been an exceptional place to work. The Administrative Staff care about their employees, and it feels as though they genuinely care about their staff.Working with kids has been a very fulfilling experience. Yes, it can definitely be difficult at times, but considering the population we work with, that is to be expected.I believe that the interactions between staff and the residents here have been able to help me in many areas of my life, as well as help prepare me for being a parent to my own daughter. If you are looking to send your child here, just know that we as the staff that work with them one on one really do care about these kids. We do what we can to help make sure their needs are met, while at the same time working to correct their behavior in a way that respects their trauma. Yes, we do have fun, because that is an important part of any treatment plan. If you can t learn how to have fun, you ll likely go back to the lifestyle that brought them here in the first place!

I wish this gave the option for No stars because that's what I would give it.I sent my 10yr old daughter to this place, because it was highly recommended by our insurance Anthem BCBS. Little did I know they this place was a complete joke.In the beginning I talked to the director Chris Noll, he was very pleasant our first phone conversation. He made me feel really hopeful that she was finally going to get proper help.So I drive her 6 hours away to this place (because again it was highly recommended) when I walked into the facility to drop her off, I noticed it was filthy. But I went this far, I was just going to ride it out.So my insurance, approved a 28 day stay, with review once a week to insurance. After about a week, they were already trying to send her home, because "they didn't see behaviors" I requested additional days. so they gave me like 3.we were suppose to of got 2 family therapy sessions per week. THAT WAS A LIE.When we did have the family therapy, she told them she don't know how to keep me safe when she gets home. (she was admitted for stabbing me) anyway, next day later they made a decision to discharge her because insurance wasn't paying. THAT WAS A HUGE LIE, THEY NEVER CONTACTED THE INSURANCE COMPANY ASKING FOR ADDITIONAL TIME. When asking them to prove it, they have ignored my request for comment. So I will be filing a grievance for lack of care. I am so disappointed and disgusted. This place needs to be shut down. They are not about helping families at allSO PLEASE FIND OTHER PLACE FOR YOUR HURTING LOVED ONES
