In February 2024 of this year Ashley Leberfinger did my breast reduction surgery. I'm honestly VERY disappointed in my results.. she told me she could easily fix the remaining issues and lied..I now have one breast that is much larger, lots of excess skin and to much breast left. Told me I she would aim for a B OR C cup size and I'm a "DD" or "DDD" depending on brands. As a mother this really is disappointing this was a once in a life time chance for me to do good for myself physically and mentally.. she could've cared less and told me I was someone elses problem now. Still can't believe it.. wish with every ounce of my being I would've had someone else do my surgery. If I could post pictures I would..

Accepted Insurance

UPMC Williamsport Divine Providence Campus works with several private insurance providers and also accepts private payments when possible, please contact to verify your specific insurance provider.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Military members, veterans, and eligible dependents have access to specific insurance programs that help them get the care they need. TRICARE and VA insurance can help you access low cost or no cost addiction and mental health treatment. Programs that accept military insurance often have targeted treatment focused on the unique challenges military members, veterans, and their families face.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

inpatient iconInpatient
Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.

Treatments

Mental health rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from mental illnesses like bipolar disorder, clinical depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, and more. Mental health professionals at these facilities are trained to understand and treat mental health issues, both in individual and group settings.

Programs

teen-program thumbnail image
Teen Program
Teen programs are designed to address the unique pressures teens face, pressures that can drive them to experiment with dangerous, addictive substances. They need programs that meet them exactly where they are and give them tools for long-term recovery. Therapy can help teenagers understand and work through underlying issues so they can reclaim the life ahead of them.
adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
program-for-men thumbnail image
Program For Men
Men face specific challenges and concerns when seeking addiction treatment. Gender-specific recovery programs help them tackle these issues head-on in an environment that's focused, targeted, and distraction-free. It also gives them the opportunity to connect with and learn from other men who have been through a similar journey and can offer support for the next step.
program-for-women thumbnail image
Program For Women
Rehabs for women provide a safe, nurturing space for female clients to heal. These treatment programs consider the specific obstacles that women can face during recovery and place a special emphasis on mental, social, physical, and reproductive health. They explore how each woman's experience has shaped the trajectory of their substance use, addressing issues such as sexual abuse and past trauma.
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.
seniors-program thumbnail image
Seniors Program
Nearly one million adults age 65 and older live with a substance use disorder. Treatment providers who specialize in senior care understand the social, psychological, and physical effects of aging and how they relate to recovery. They can help clients address particular challenges and risks they may face as they get older such as overdosing and medication interactions and dependencies.
hearing-impaired-program thumbnail image
Hearing Impaired Program
A sensory disability, such as hearing impairment, can compound the challenges of addiction recovery. Drug rehabs that are specially designed to accommodate the needs of persons with hearing impairments will include special accessibility features and accommodations to make treatment as comfortable and effective as possible. This may include access to American Sign Language interpreters.
hiv-aids-program thumbnail image
HIV/AIDS Program
HIV/AIDS programs support disease prevention and management in high-risk individuals in recovery. Individuals who engage in intravenous drug use and other addictive behaviors are at a higher risk of becoming infected with HIV. Rehab centers that specialize in treating this population typically have a high number of nurses, physicians, and psychiatrists on staff who can make sure both their medical and mental health needs are met.
military-program thumbnail image
Military Program
Serving in the military is both mentally and physically challenging, and can result in trauma that persists even after combat ends. Military programs are tailored to the specific and often complex needs of active duty personnel, veterans, and military families. Clients often access these programs through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Clinical Services

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a therapy modality that focuses on the relationship between one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It is used to establish and allow for healthy responses to thoughts and feelings (instead of unhealthy responses, like using drugs or alcohol). CBT has been proven effective for recovering addicts of all kinds, and is used to strengthen a patient's own self-awareness and ability to self-regulate. CBT allows individuals to monitor their own emotional state, become more adept at communicating with others, and manage stress without needing to engage in substance abuse.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a modified form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a treatment designed to help people understand and ultimately affect the relationship between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. DBT is often used for individuals who struggle with self-harm behaviors, such as self-mutilation (cutting) and suicidal thoughts, urges, or attempts. It has been proven clinically effective for those who struggle with out-of-control emotions and mental health illnesses like Borderline Personality Disorder.

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

Motivational interviewing in Pennsylvania gives you the opportunity to share your perspective and explore your ideas and motivation for change. Your therapist will walk you through the four steps of engaging, focusing, evoking, and planning to empower you to make any desired changes in your life.

It is important to process the impact that traumatic experiences have had on your life. During trauma therapy, you and an experienced therapist confront these experiences and the emotional impact it is had. This helps to reduce your symptoms of stress and anxiety and improve your overall mental health and well being.

Whether a marriage or other committed relationship, an intimate partnership is one of the most important aspects of a person's life. Drug and alcohol addiction affects both members of a couple in deep and meaningful ways, as does rehab and recovery. Couples therapy and other couples-focused treatment programs are significant parts of exploring triggers of addiction, as well as learning how to build healthy patterns to support ongoing sobriety.

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

Life skills are the mental and social skills that are necessary to navigate day to day life. Addiction diminishes or eliminates these skills, so they must be relearned and practiced during drug rehab treatment in Pennsylvania.

Nutrition therapy, aka medical nutrition therapy (MNT), is a way of treating physical, emotional, and medical conditions through diet. Specific dietary plans are designed by professional nutritionists or registered dietitians, and patients follow them in order to positively affect their physical and mental health.

Incorporating recreational therapy into drug and alcohol addiction programs in Pennsylvania helps you rebuild your life and maintain sobriety by discovering new interests and developing healthy coping mechanisms. Recreational activities can include painting, team sports, and hiking to promote physical and mental health.

UPDATE: UPMC, per your request, I filled out your form, and provided my contact information. Never heard anything back from anyone.... 0/10.BEWARE!!! UPMC are crooks and I would give them ZERO stars if I could!! Sorry, I know this is long but you should all take the time to read this! Here are the facts and some things that YOU AS A PATIENT NEED TO KNOW. I visited UPMC at Divine 2 times for appointments with the sleep center. These were just two office visits (an initial and a follow-up) for a concern I had, neither lasting more than 45 minutes (one was in and out in 25 minutes). I had nothing hooked to me, no testing or prescriptions, I simply met with the Dr. in her office, we sat and we discussed my issue. WELL, UPMC then hit me with what they call a "Facilities Use fee" for both visits, and totaling over $400! When I called to inquire, I was told that it was because I visited their facility, and while there I would have used their elevator and sat in their chairs in the waiting room, possibly used the restrooms, etc, etc. and for this there is a "Facilities Use Fee" - again, in excess of $400 that I would have to pay them out of pocket. I am NOT KIDDING folks. I was as confused as you are reading this! I guess normally you don't hear about it because they bill this ridiculousness to your insurance company and you never see it or are made aware of it. Well my deductible hadn't been met yet so they forwarded these two bills right on back to me to pay. Worthy of note - this was not the Dr. office themselves, they have no such fee, but because their office resides within the UPMC facility, UPMC charges this fee to each patient visiting a Dr. inside their building!!! Not kidding. Absolutely Absurd. UPMC, if you are reading this, I think you can agree that you have earned this review and you really should be ashamed of yourselves for scamming people like this. Over $400? Heck, I would have paid you $30 just to make you happy and make this go away, but it was like $452 for barely an hour inside your building??!! You are out of your minds! So, due to this, I will be sure to never set foot inside their "Facility" ever again and will go out of my way to educate people to these scam artists. They are crooks as far as I am concerned and people should hear about this shady activity, which is the sole reason for this review. Oddly enough, when asked, apparently other people, such as; food deliveries, flower deliveries, misc. other delivery drivers, folks visiting patients, drug/sales reps, those who may walk in to simply use their restroom, and many other people/scenarios who are going in and out of their "Facility" daily are never required to pay such "fees". Just if your Dr.'s office resides inside their building and you are there for your Dr. visit. What a SCAM!!! So, beware of UPMC and definitely pay attention to your insurance and deductibles folks, ask the right questions and know what you are getting into. You can't trust them obviously. So I hope this information saves some of you the hassle that I went through! Awful business practice.

Most of the staff was nice. Had an evaluation appointment with Robin I highly recommended that you avoid this person as she pulled out a textbook and had the student apprentice use her phone to do research during the discussion of medication. Refused to answer my questions and abruptly hung up on me when she called me after the evaluation to confirm things.

Had an absolute amazing experience this morning taking my 2 year old for lab work. The staff was so friendly and Lyssa was the one who took her blood. She was absolutely amazing and sweet! I could not ask for a better person!
