outpatient iconOutpatient

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient

Intensive Outpatient programs are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs. The Intensive Outpatient Program gives patients the chance to participate in a structured treatment plan part-time while they transition back to home and work or other responsibilities.

partial-hospitalization iconPartial Hospitalization Program

A partial hospitalization program (PHP) is a short-term form of intensive rehab, usually for those with acute symptoms that are hard to manage but don’t require 24-hour care. PHPs have structured programming (i.e. individual and/or group therapy), and usually meet 3-5 days a week for around 6 hours (i.e. 9am-3m). Some PHPs are residential (patients sleep on site) and some are not, so patients sleep at home. PHPs can last from 1-6 months, and some offer transportation and meals.

24-hour icon24-Hour Clinical Care

During the first phase of recovery – detox – it is crucial to have 24-hour clinical care in California. This care provides constant monitoring in order to ensure your safely and comfort as you progress through the withdrawal process for drug or alcohol addiction. Licensed professionals prescribe medications to treat withdrawal symptoms and provide frequent monitoring to ensure your safely as addictive toxins leave your system.

medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox

When addicted, quitting your drug of choice suddenly can be dangerous. That's why experts agree a medically assisted detox is the safest way to remove addictive substances from the body. Usually done in an inpatient setting, your vitals signs and overall well being are consistently monitored and rechecked in order to keep you safe and ensure the detox is successful.

I showed up at Diamond House detox completely hopeless, scared and broken. I moved from detox to one of their beautiful homes. I was treated with care and love by staff and residents. I stayed for over 60 days, and was able to start my journey with sobriety in the most loving, learning and nurturing place. I will be in recovery for the rest of my life, and I will always have my higher power to thank and Diamond House in my life.

I did my Tetox at the Dimond House, and for my first time being in a treatment center I was a great experience. The counselors and nursing staff were very helpful and considerate and had a lot of compassion for us. Learned alot and then was moved to The Fleming House, where I did my 30 day recovery . Beautiful living quarters and again great staff and the chef s just as compassionate and considerate of our needs . Thank you Diamonds House and StaffVirginia Herman

I can't say enough Great things about Diamond House, let's start with the owner Vicki, this lady hhmmm, everyone that's has something good to say @ her, she truly cares about her Rehabilitation facility, a very structured, educational, busy, recovery facility, she truly gives back, while she has boundaries catered to placement, she turns no one down, who is serious about recovery. All homes are very nice and clean, actually Beautiful. The Chefs are top of the line , THE COUNSELORS ARE PROFESSIONAL, intuitive, and cares about each individuals recovery plan,, it's hard to find excellence in every category of these facilities but Vicki has it down packed , I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DIAMOND HOUSE TO ANYONE, who is looking for treatment, these employees really make you not want to leave, but at the same time , they teach you the tools on how to NOT COME BACK, Vicki THANKYOU, for Believing in me. Diamond house is the cream of the crop! This is my second go around here. It is better than my first encounter. All the staff rocks, from the owner down. They all are genuine and care about each client. I appreciate the fact that each facilities are intimate which allow the staff to have quality time with each person! Even the culinary department caters to the clients by accepting suggestions for meals! This place is absolutely, hands down the best in California. If I ever need help again with my ailments, I m definitely going to come back here!!!!!
