About Aliviane Inc

Aliviane is a non-profit drug and alcohol rehab center servicing all aspects of recovery including prevention, intervention, treatment, and recovery in El Paso, Texas. Aliviane has outpatient programs for adult men and women; residential treatment for adult men, women, and women with children; and an outpatient youth and family clinic. You might be eligible for free or low cost care based on your income. They also accept Medicaid and other state and federally funded programs.

Aliviane provides many free outreach programs for families, parents, youths, and the community at large with an emphasis on strengthening bonds, setting healthy boundaries, and developing good coping and communication skills. They offer dual diagnosis care for people with co-occurring addiction and mental illness.

Depending on your needs, there can be inpatient 24/7 care that includes transportation, food, and shelter and provided), with medication and psychiatric care.

Each case is handled individually and you’ll probably participate in group and individual therapy. For outpatient programs, individual and group treatment sessions are available. For adults, there is a playroom for children while care is being provided. For the youth and family program, youths must be 13-17 years of age, and a Texas resident. Counseling for individuals, groups, family, parents, couples and family sessions are available.

One service I find especially striking is the telehealth option for those with busy schedules or living in remote areas.

This place denied my son that wants the help so bad. All because of his record domestic violence with his kids mom. But they let her in. She has a worse record than him only difrence is hers isn't in paper. She's been there twice. And comes back to the same. I want Aliviane to know if my son ends up dead I will sue them for denying him help for a ridiculous reason. These places are funded by the state. And let the wrong people in. What a shame. No help for the people really wanting and needing the help.

This out-patient rehab center is honestly the best. The counselor I had was very empathetic and I could easily tell that she cared about me. One year and six months later I am still clean and sober.

I see negative reviews. This place is what you make of it. They give you the tools use and it's up to you. I've found the staff to helpful and empathetic. I also recommend the counseling; so much in fact that I have recently brought a family member to also be a recipient and they have no substance abuse problems whatsoever. Lorena, Eugene David, Sandra, Jessica, Ana and Albert are all people I look forward to seeing thank you Alivane

Accepted Insurance

Aliviane Inc works with several private insurance providers and also accepts private payments when possible, please contact to verify your specific insurance provider.

Other Forms of Payment

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Adult Outpatient Clinic offers life changing services to help you reach permanent recovery. Their clinic will help you identify behaviors that interfere with activities of daily living as well as behaviors that result in harmful effects like family distress, trouble at work, trouble with the law, and dishonest behaviors. Their clinicians take a holistic and individualized approach to your care so you can live a healthy life.
inpatient iconInpatient
The Men’s Residential facility is licensed substance use program that offers compassionate care for men seeking treatment in a structured environment. The inpatient program philosophy is based on the understanding that addiction is a chronic disease not a moral failing. The Women & Children’s Residential Center program offers compassion and care for women seeking substance use treatment in a structured female only setting. They nurture an inpatient program for women, pregnant women, women with children, and women seeking custody of their children.
intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient
Intensive outpatient programs offer high-level care for clients as an increased risk of relapse, including those in early recovery, those with a strong history of relapse, and those experiencing a crisis. Intensive outpatient treatment typically requires clients to engage in nine to 20 hours of care weekly, with treatment modalities that combine psychotherapy and recovery education, and holistic therapies, such as acupuncture and animal therapy. Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is also common in alcohol and/or opioid recovery.
aftercare iconAftercare Support
Rehab aftercare programs are based on a model of continuing care and the premise that recovery is a life-long process requiring ongoing client support. Many rehab aftercare services include outpatient care, but clients often continue to receive support after being discharged from formal treatment. Case managers and care teams typically collaborate with clients to design their long-term care plan, which may include peer coaching, career counseling, and 12 step program induction, among other services.
heart-hands iconIntervention Services
A drug intervention in Texas may be necessary if your loved one is in denial about a substance use disorder. You can partner with intervention services to plan and execute an effective intervention that educates your loved one about addiction and encourages them to get the treatment they need. Many rehab centers offer intervention specialists who can facilitate the intervention and help with a seamless transition to inpatient rehab for treatment.

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

During rehab in Texas, you'll deal with underlying issues that contribute to addiction. By addressing these challenges and learning healthy ways to cope with them, you'll develop strategies that help you live a drug-free lifestyle.

Many of those suffering from addiction also suffer from mental or emotional illnesses like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, or anxiety disorders. Rehab and other substance abuse facilities treating those with a dual diagnosis or co-occurring disorder administer psychiatric treatment to address the person's mental health issue in addition to drug and alcohol rehabilitation.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
military-program thumbnail image
Military Program
Serving in the military is both mentally and physically challenging, and can result in trauma that persists even after combat ends. Military programs are tailored to the specific and often complex needs of active duty personnel, veterans, and military families. Clients often access these programs through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a therapy modality that focuses on the relationship between one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It is used to establish and allow for healthy responses to thoughts and feelings (instead of unhealthy responses, like using drugs or alcohol). CBT has been proven effective for recovering addicts of all kinds, and is used to strengthen a patient's own self-awareness and ability to self-regulate. CBT allows individuals to monitor their own emotional state, become more adept at communicating with others, and manage stress without needing to engage in substance abuse.

Creative arts therapy focuses on creative processes. You may engage in sculpting, dancing, improv, painting, or sketching. These creative outlets provide an opportunity to explore and express difficult emotions.

Aliviane offers help and support to families in reducing, preventing and coping with substance abuse and behavioral issues. In fact, addiction can destroy families as much as it destroys the individual. That’s why Aliviane delivers an effective system of prevention, intervention, treatment and /recovery support programs for families. Aliviane programs are designed to help families better understand the risk of tobacco, alcohol, marijuana and prescription drug use has on individual and the family.

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

Life skills trainings involve all the skills a person must have in order to function successfully in the world. These include time management, career guidance, money management, and effective communication. Truly successful addiction recovery is based on the ability to not only live substance-free, but to thrive. Life skills teaches the practical necessities of functioning in society, which sets clients up for success in life, and therefore sobriety.

What you eat has a significant effect on your mental and physical health. That's why many addiction recovery programs in Texas incorporate nutrition therapy in their treatment. This therapy teaches you how addiction affects nutrition, what foods are best to eat during recovery, and how to shop for and prepare healthy meals.

Addiction recovery treatment in Texas will offer recreational therapy in a holistic approach to treatment. Therapy incorporates enjoyable activities that support your physical and mental health, such as team sports, creative arts, or individual sports. This activity gives you an emotional outlet, reduces your stress, and improves your mood, each of which promotes long term sobriety.

Trauma therapy addresses traumatic incidents from a client's past that are likely affecting their present-day experience. Trauma is often one of the primary triggers and potential causes of addiction, and can stem from child sexual abuse, domestic violence, having a parent with a mental illness, losing one or both parents at a young age, teenage or adult sexual assault, or any number of other factors. The purpose of trauma therapy is to allow a patient to process trauma and move through and past it, with the help of trained and compassionate mental health professionals.

At first I was nervous to go in because of the reviews but I can honestly say coming here has saved my life. Was able to bring my kids in with me and even though they didn't love it so much our bond has definitely gotten stronger. I definitely recommend it. My counselor was the best and all the staff was awesome! Very friendly and caring.

I have put time into my rehabilitation. A year. I'm tapering on my own . The counselors are of no help. I made a complaint on Eugene, the director and all of a sudden I was given a 10 day detox when I was already at 30mgs and doing 1mg a day. But the 10 day detox means 3mgs a day. I asked why they did this and they said because I didn't see my counselor one time . But I know it was because of the complaint on Eugene for the verbal abuse. The group meetings are just people who are scoring drugs. I did everything right clean UAs but that man has a power trip . I will be contacting a lawyer and I will be contacted the state. Disgusting

WOW this is the place for recovering addicts. A great support team and counselors that really care. More than anything there are recovering coaches who were addicts and know everything you are going through. Guadalupe and Greg are Great! Highly recommend it!
