Stages of Recovery Addiction Services is a private substance abuse treatment facility in Lubbock, Texas, just outside Shaker Heights. PHP is an intensive day program where clients visit the facility five days a week for therapeutic sessions that last six hours. Clients continue to live at home during this time. The PHP program lasts between 14 and 28 days.
IOP is another intensive outpatient program, albeit less so than PHP. Therapeutic sessions are three hours long and occur three to five times a week. IOP is sometimes used as a step down from PHP.
This is the lowest level of care available on an outpatient basis. As with IOP and PHP, clients visit the campus for treatment sessions while living at home but meet less frequently and for shorter sessions. This level of care is best for those with mild symptoms.
Clients who come to Stages of Recovery with both a mental illness diagnosis and substance abuse concerns can have both treated in a singular treatment plan. Dual diagnosis treatment looks at how the two problems affect each other and addresses them through therapy.
