Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

family iconFamily Therapy

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

intervention iconGroup Therapy

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

mental-health iconIndividual Therapy

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

house-medical iconTrauma Therapy

Trauma therapy addresses traumatic incidents from a client's past that are likely affecting their present-day experience. Trauma is often one of the primary triggers and potential causes of addiction, and can stem from child sexual abuse, domestic violence, having a parent with a mental illness, losing one or both parents at a young age, teenage or adult sexual assault, or any number of other factors. The purpose of trauma therapy is to allow a patient to process trauma and move through and past it, with the help of trained and compassionate mental health professionals.

This place has gone down hill. It's a hot ghetto dirty mess!!! They don't know how to schedule appointments. They leave you on hold for hours then hang up on you. The phlebotomist injured me and put all of the wrong insurance information in for me so I got a bill when I have great insurance. They're very unorganized they need all new everything!!!

I edited my review down to one star because the place has fallen apart since Jess Sewell left. No one responds to messages, and they remove medications from your treatment without telling you ahead of time, or even providing a reason. What an odd way to operate a clinic. Avoid.

I still feel as if I'm a new person. But I love how this office works. It is hard to get a appointment with my PC. But it's hard to get into most doctors right now. I love the post visit summary.

Jess is a phenomenal provider who is compassionate and deeply concerned about her patients. I have seen her for 15+ years and highly recommend. However, she will not wildly prescribe narcotics so, go somewhere else if you re hoping for an opioid handout.

Jess Sewell will pretend to be on your side and then either not read your chart or disregard your medical history when you need help. I tried committing suicide years ago with a particular medicine she tried prescribing for me after refusing to prescribe what I simply requested. Mind you neither medicines are serious and either could have worked. If your patient requests something then there s probably a reason. I have worked years to overcome those thoughts and feelings. However, my opinion wasn t important apparently and it suicide triggered me for the next week. This is unacceptable.

I love this place, I have been coming here for years. I moved farther away from the practice, but still come see them, because it's hard to find a Dr. office like this that cares about your health. I see Jessica Sewell, PA-C and she has been the best provider I have seen in the many providers I have seen. I highly suggest coming here. The front desk could be a bit more helpful, but it doesn't outweigh the provider's help by far.

I've had quite a few visits to this location in 1 year and I have had no concerns. The staff and doctors are friendly and professional, and are responsive to messages.
