This place saved my life .. I don t even know where to start. They welcomed me in with open arms in a judgement free zone, made sure I had everything I needed for food, hygiene, meds, and general support. EVERY SINGLE STAFF member was caring and attentive to my needs from check in to check out. I can t thank and recommend this place enough .. huge specific shout outs to little Kayla, Jim, Rodger, Dave, and I forgot her name but the lady that does the meditation! And from the bottom of my heart thank you all again you are literally life savers !

I'm not sure were to start. Besides having a wonderful family, friends and a few staff at Soldier On to help (really above and beyond) me in my recovery (still have a little more to do)The staff at Hillcrest Commons are just the most caring group of people. I wish I could put their names down individually but I can't thank you all enough.From the RNs, LPNs, Aids, PT/OT, Kitchen crew, Cleaners, Social Workers, Maintenance, Laundry and I'm sure I'm missing some others but what a good team. All shifts work pretty darn well together. I like that they hear your concerns and if they don't have the answer, they will try and find it. I've posted a few comments what's important is that the program works they now let u smoke bud also something alot of us worried about for take-homes but things WILL NOT always go your way I guess my advice to myself and others is simply keep going even if it gets rough and feels hard keep going even if you know your clean and a test says otherwise false positives or whatever they might be, just know that in the long run it is saving your life!!

I left riggs a year ago, I never planned to leave a review but after seeing all the recently negative reviews I feel like I need to. Riggs helped me a tremendous amount! I went for 7 months and the work I did there has carried over ten fold. To anyone who is struggling with a1. Personality disorder2. has the means to stay at least 3-6 months3. Is committed to getting better on a deep levelThere is no better place. Straight up. Please don t be discouraged by the recent negative reviews and of course do your research.

I have to admit I'm shocked at the low reviews. However,as a person who struggles with chronic illness and pain, I do not wish on anyone, ever, I've unfortunately dealt with the absolute crap treatment by other hospitals when I lived in NJ. Your treatment as a patient usually depends on how good your insurance is and dealing with staff, that has no concept of being in your world everyday. I'm new to Green County and this Hospital. My parents moved me up here, praying for better medical care and everyone from my new Primary to my Urologist there at the hospital, has been incredibly attentive and someone mentioned the feeling of God's presence there, it's true. My first visit, I got lost a few times and these amazing Angels were posted everywhere they needed to be. They were elder members of our community and were absolutely on the ball. With patience and knowledge of details and just their kindness, helped me stay calm and feel less stupid . From them to the Drs, Nurse Practitioners, that kind of excellence is rare these days. Short wait time while still giving patients, their undivided attention. I can't vouch for the ER. I've not experienced that yet at that hospital. But I have seen the EMTs and Paramedics at work with my own family. Considering the distances and situations they deal with, they are amazing. God bless and peace to you ALL.

Ive been going to the Pittsfield CSO for nearly 5 years, and the environment is very professional. Sometimes as a patient you wont be assigned to a therapist or med provider that is a good match for you, but that is simply how things work in this field. Regina has been wonderful and my therapists have been very helpful.
