I'm so sorry to hear all these bad reviews but from my experience and having 4 major surgeries at this hospital and a fifth coming up I am truly impressed by all who took care of me. They were all kind and as far as the hospital not being clean, I have multiple Doctors in the hospital and have never seen any dirt even when they were doing repairs in certain areas.I just want to update my review as I had spinal fusion surgery here on the 19th of this month. The care I received from the time I entered till the time I was discharged on the 20th was amazing yes a short time but the kindness and understanding was better than any other hospital I've been in.I Thank each and every one who took care of me you made a scary surgery for me feel like it was simple.I'm home now and with help from the hospital staff setting up home care I'm doing well Thank You Saint Vincent's for a wonderful outcome time and time again.Y'all deserve 10 Stars.

Thank you for your positive feedback, William. We are thrilled you had a great experience.
The Washburne house is hands down the best DETOX/CSS In the State. I ve been to probably all of them and I ve never had a better experience. I went in October 2024 broken, lost my spouse of 20 yrs my business, my truck, and my apartment. I was negative about my future and ready to not even try. When I left I went to the facility I wanted to go, I was positive, and for the first time of many times trying in the past Im really serious and ready to stay sober. I can t say enough or express how much the BHTS CASEWORKER/CLINICIANS MDS/NURSING, and the kitchen and House Kitchen staff have made an impact on my stay. I would and will recommend anyone who wants to get there life together and seriously change the Washburn house is a place that will make you feel welcome and give you all the tools and support to continue and get you where you need to go on your journey to sobriety. On a final note I m going back in 6 months and apply to work part time as a BHT so I can give back the same experience and help to the next person in need also feel the same as the Washburn House made me feel. Thank you aWashburn House for everything Brian S.

All around GREAT staff! First time going into detox, I was very stressed and scared! From the time I called admissions to when they returned my call and set up a pick up time, everything went so smooth. As for admissions, it was a little long but once I got up to my room, I was treated very kindly. They definitely made sure I was comfortable and gave me enough time to feel better before getting into group activities. Once I started going to groups, my counselor Timmy was the best part of my recovery. I even told him while I was there that his kind words and how he conducted groups just helped me and made me see a different way of life. He believed in me when I didn t believe in myself and gave me the daily kick in the butt even when I wasn t in the mood or too tired for groups! Your help and dedication will always mean so much to me!! Today marks my two months of being sober and I have to thank the whole Adcare team for being a part of my journey, I am now doing Great, life is better and also got a promotion at work. THANK YOU ADCARE! Thank you to my favorite counselor, Timmy!A few pics of sober ME! Enjoying life, even at work!
