I went here for years and I have lived all of my counselors and staff. Terry is wonderful and dr. Atchley is great as well. He had another great doctor join him as well I believe its been a year or so since ive been. Either way this place is wonderful and saved my life over and over again.

Terry is the best person to run the place, Margaret was amazing to me and only had one counselor that I feel shouldn’t be there, but it happens, so we get up and go for treatment that saves our lives! Dr. At Haley is compassionate and cares about the patients.

This is the only clinic I've been to that seems to care about their patients all the way through-- the doctors, the therapists, and the front desk always are extremely courteous and considerate. Concerns you voice are taken seriously, and your input is considered regarding your own treatment. I don't want to name any one person, because legitimately, everyone here has been extremely good to me. I'd recommend them.

I have had such a pleasant experiences here. I was tested and evaluated by Dr. Hirsh in 2021. She was extremely kind and very professional. She cares a lot for her job and her patients.
I recently have had to get my youngest daughter tested for autism and adhd and so far our experiences have been pleasant. When we couldn't make it to the office, due to sickness, Dr. Hirsh was kind enough to let us keep our appointment and do our appointment through video call. We will have her testing done here soon and I'm sure that will go just as pleasantly as the rest of our visits here.

I have been to Tampa Florida VA and the Atlanta VA, I don't recommend them, but the VA clinic is superb. Customer service is beyond reproach. The staff are friendly, helpful and answered all questions. The facility is expanding and it is well designed, functional with all the amenities you could ask for. I have been in healthcare for over 50 years and I have never seen a clinic that compares. It is superb. I highly recommend this VA clinic.

So much better since it’s been taken over the only issue I have is that I’ve gotten close to my counselor and everytime I have to tell my whole life story because they leave and they don’t say why but I know there’s a common cause. Hi! I was a patient here in the children's unit. the staff are so sweet and kind and I really enjoy all of them. Let me tell you something, I live here currently been in and out for years due to family issues. It’s saved me so many times from hypothermia and whatever else is out there on the streets. I don’t know of anywhere that lets you stay there rent free and feeds you three meals a day, offers laundry machines and makes sure we are still alive. And gives us gifts on the holidays. It’s not perfect there is only one person who is. Not me, not you, but Jesus Christ. These folks talk a lot of junk but it was ok enough when they needed somewhere to go and it was below freezing and raining outside. Shame on the ones that accepted the hand out but are now ungrateful now that they’re safe and alive. Jesus bless us all and help us to see with His eyes and not our own

I couldnt possibly say enough amazing things about Dr. Nakeeysha Dryer, she has the most purest loving heart and gosh she's just a true blessing sent from God here to help as many people as she possibly can an when you meet her you will litterally feel as if she is apart of your own family, This beautiful human being was clearly born with a strict purpose and man she really hit the ground running saving as many lives as she can !!! My kids adore her she imediatly snatches my son and smothers him with love. 10/10 Reccomend. I've been through many a psychiatrist but I got lucky when I found Mrs. Dryer. She has the most calming demeanor and genuinely cares about her clients. She really takes the time to get to know you. I've been seeing her for a few years now and she has helped me through some of the lowest points in my life. If I ever had any issues with medications or had suggestions, it was taken care of immediately. I've had to schedule an emergency visit before and she made the time to see me. After hours / outside of appointment emails are always responded to promptly. She's an absolute gem of a person and I wouldn't be as happy as I am today without her help. So if you are feeling lost and looking for a new provider or deciding to get help for the first time, give Mrs. Dryer a shot. Im sure you won't be disappointed.

If you are looking for somewhere to go after you been to treatment I would recommend stepping stones. I came here from being in treatment for 5 months. It was the best decision I’ve ever made. My life is the greatest that it’s ever been. Stepping stones played a huge part in it. It gave me the opportunity to get a full time job go to aa meetings and make friends that were battling addiction like I was. I been here for two years now. I have a roommates that I considered my family. I have a career job. If you are looking to change your way of life I would definitely recommend stepping stones

I was a little nervous coming here because of all the bad reviews, but honestly my experience was great! I called One Stop around a week ago and the woman who took my call was friendly and gave me all the right information. I had an issue trying to make my appointment online so I came on Friday for walk-ins. Everyone was very nice and I was able to have my ID renewed in literally ten minutes.
