The staff at this location of Centerstone are so Caring and Nice. Dr. Graves is a Wonderful Person, always concerned about the welfare of this patients. Vivian, the Nurse, is always so much help when you need her, she goes out of her way to help you with whatever you may need. Also, the rest of the staff are very nice and always willing to help you as well, when you need them. They have been so Good to Us, We Love You All and Wish You All a Wonderful Happy New Year!! I love Spero health. They really go above and beyond for us. If we miss a appointment continuously they still will work hard to get you in on the same day, or the following day they are in the office. They make sure we have our meds in between appointments if we miss. They are very hard working, compassionate, and patient working with us addicts lol. They are non-judgemental, the staff, and the sweet, sweet doctor. The doc is so awesome, compassionate, and understanding. Thank y'all for all y'all do for people with this disease.

I moved to this centsrstone because I was poorly treated at another. It's not that no one wants to answer I was told that corporate wants people to use OAS.This policy was aggressively forced on me in another centerstone location. I goto this location and was recently told that the location is now enforcing this policy and are telling their front desk to do as was discussed to me ehich is to tranfer to OAS. Was told they aren't aloud to help appontment scheduling eity myself. I requested a transfer to make an appointment with my provider at their native locafion and was sent to OAS anyways. Unless you call OAS,This seems to be a policy moving forward. Calling corporate seems to make it worse so ide suggest users going forward give up on the idea of a perfect solution it didn't end well for me last centerstone I was at.I hope this helps.Response from the owner an hour agoOldsunday, thank you for the high star rating!Thank you for your response,To be clear your location is very well kept and the staff has always been friendly. I have had so much help from centerstone.. therapist Jenna is a awesome therapist, very helpful and compassionate! Amber is very helpful & courteous too, so is Dr Alyssia. You gals rock!!

Some of my therapist have been AMAZING and some not so helpful I think my favorite therapist and the most helpful was Rebecca Stamps I miss her I wish I could still be on her case load. The therapists I have seen could be better I m not going to bash their names and put it all over the place but I was told years ago that my therapist is supposed to make me feel better and they are supposed to help me but they weren t really being that positive about things they made me feel like I was being scolded sort of it s hard to explain how I feel but I don t feel like they understand me at ALL and I put 5 stars because overall with CenterStone in general has been awesome at helping me it s just the certain therapists that aren t that helpful.I guess you just have to find the right person who understands you and I hope I can find that.

I love,love this Clinic! They have literally saved my life from addiction, leading me to get custody of my son back, I have been able to fixed relationships in my life I never thought could be mended. My counselor is genuinely concerned with my wellbeing! He has helped me so much, not only solving my addiction issue but helping me to find the cause to that addiction and now I am decreasing at a steady pace and have a goal to be off this medication in my five year plan! Then the staff is amazing!! They go totally out of their way to help their patients. They have a clothes closet, and have just added a food pantry!!! It s AMAZING, I am so thankful for the generosity of my clinic! I took some pics. Look if you re struggling with pain meds or fentanyl, this WILL work! I m living proof!

None of the other programs that I have attended can be compared to the program offered by Place of Hope, I think this place is the best option for anyone suffering from any addition, the staff treats with love to be healed and come back to be happy. Thanks to this program I'm now closer to God, I noticed the damage that was causing not only to me but also the people I love. They saved my life and I don't have enough words to say thank you!

The care providers have all been excellent! The clinic continues to expand it's onsight services, pharmacy, and technology. I am so grateful.
